- KMKatey and Freddie MeisnerOct 21, 20262.0I was disappointed in our service today. The worker was unpleasant and didn’t respond when I greeted him to say hello. He then cut our Internet cord and accidentally broke the lid to our tank. In the midst of that he said, “I’m never doing this again. I’m only one man,” with regards to digging the holes. I guess the earth was firm and hard to move. He was unapologetic about breaking the cord and the lid. He did replace the lid for free, but I would expect that since he broke it. I rarely/never write bad reviews, but it was such an unpleasant experience. Had he been kind and apologetic, I wouldn’t be writing this review and I’d even consider using them again. After all, these were accidents. I make mistakes, too. But when I do, I apologize profusely and do everything I can to rectify it. In his defense, he was more pleasant after I called the office to complain-and he got word that I had complained. But still, I’m left with a mess and no internet for 24hrs.
