- JBJim BraidwoodOct 7, 20242.0I purchased a very expensive fireplace from the previous company and needed service as it wouldn't start up. I called only to find out that the original owners had sold it to Positive. So I set up a service call to fix it as it was still in the warranty period for parts. I was informed that it would be a $300 charge just to show up as they run all their service out if Cadillac which is 90 minutes away from me. And that didn't include parts or the time to diagnose the issue. So if you need service... better beware.
