  From the office to the installers, everything was done very as ordered, Scheduled for a water heater 2 weeks out,had a emergency leak 2 weeks before the heater was to be installed. NO problem , 2 hours later they arrived with the install !! Great Service and friendly installers ..

  As you read this I am sure you are looking for an honest reputable repair or replacement for your AC or Furnace. I highly highly recommend these guys. I have used other companies and many of them are more about sales than providing service. For instance, one other company was supposed to fix my AC on a 90 degree summer day. The technician spent about 30 minutes looking in my furnace and trying to sell me a new furnace and service contract before ever looking at the AC. He told me the furnace was bad. I called Redmon and they fixed the AC and told me the furnace was great--no replacement needed. I think there are a lot of HVAC companies that are to be avoided. I think Redmon is the best. Great integrity and workmanship. Very knowledgeable and low pressure. I feel that if Redmon says you need a new system your really need it. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend them.

  Middle of summer and came out same day of requesting service. All other companies were 2 to 4 days out. Service tech was polite and fixed the problem in under an hour. I definitely recommend them for AC and furnace repairs.

  We recently had Redmon Heating & Cooling install a new furnace and A/C unit. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Bob contacted us the very next day and set up an appointment. He submitted a quote the same day with a variety of options. We ended up choosing Redmon because they offered an option that was right for our home and budget. The crew that came out to handle the installation were professional and very efficient. They completed the job in short order, but also did clean work. We are very pleased with the results.
