They didn’t do nothing I had to call someone else to do it they tried to talk me into getting something else done and try to charge me more. They told me that they couldn’t go no further with their rope to get to what I needed to get done but when the person I called to do the job they got further with what they did when they came a long time ago they said they got further. They lied to me. I just don’t understand why they try to get more money out of me. The person that came today act like he really didn’t want to be here anyway with the company, but I’m glad I did get somebody out here to my house to get the job done

Not pleased with the service I received. Had a leaking supply line on my bathroom toilet that needed repair. Compression fitting seal had failed, and that is what I told the tech what I thought it was. The tech came out Thursday, was here for 30 min and said he was able to resolve the issue, said "you need to use pipe dope on the threads so get a good seal." Within an hour of him leaving, I noticed a few drips... Still leaking. I called to let them know and said a tech would be out the next day and I would be first on the list. The same tech came out today and said, yup you need to run a new line because you can't get a good seal and there is not enough copper to work with...right, like I said initially but was disregarded. New line was run with multiple additional unnecessary connection points (looks like a maze), used shark bite fittings, and left both work areas a mess. Burn marks on pvc drain pipes that weren't there, sawdust and water on the floor that he attempted to clean up with toilet paper. In all of this, no apology from the office when I called to say the issue was still present, no apology from the tech when he arrived (again) at my house. Just a bill and sub-par work.

Tommy is an outstanding salesman who made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish; he’s incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy, took the time to understand my needs, and clearly explained all my options so I could make the right choice rather than just the most expensive one. We even talked through future replacements since all of my home’s mechanical systems are 20+ years old, and he gave thoughtful, forward-looking advice without any pressure. His honesty and transparency really stood out—he walked me through pricing, installation, and long-term efficiency with no surprises, and he was always responsive and professional when I had follow-up questions. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping the customer, and Tommy absolutely does, making him someone I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy expert.

The Short Summary: Their initial fees to come out are low, but their repair costs beyond that are at a premium. Their techs are very sales pushy, to a point of taking advantage of people. I, personally, would not trust this company to come back out again to do anything with my home. Full Experience: I will start out saying that all Service Professor employees I've interacted with have been completely professional and nice, to the point of even putting on little wraps over their shoes before entering my home as to not bring in dirt. It's why I'm giving 2-stars and not 1. I hired Service Professor to come out and do a routine inspection on my AC and HVAC system in preperation for warmer weather, as my system hit 10 years old and I wanted to see how it was holding up. SP techs gave me an overwhelming set of issues with my system, quoted me thousands in repairs and a $1000+ a "band-aid" fix that day, then pushed me into scheduling an appointment over the phone with a sales person for a whole new unit ASAP. They were very insistent that these repairs were urgent, and that if they left I'd have to pay to have them out again. As my system had been working fine, I was very put off by the stress and urgency by these two men in my home, declined these immediate offers, and thanked them for their time. The next week, I had a smaller, local 2nd opinion come out without mentioning the SP visit. I sat with the 2nd opinion person as they explained my whole system to me in detail, that it was in great condition for its age and quality. Their opinion was that everything looked to be in good shape, and should last me another 5-10 years. 2nd opinion company cost more to come out, but had no additional charges or recommendations, and also checked my furnace (which SP charged as a seperate visit and fee). Maybe the 2nd opinion person was incorrect, the SP techs were correct, and my AC will go out within the calendar year (and I'll happily update my review!). My current opinion is that the Service Professor team was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of these systems through scare sales tactics. While their Google Reviews are extremely positive, local GR Reddit posts tell a story more similar to mine.
