Had an appointment set up and was told they would be there 8-12. Talked again to them before the day they were to come everything was set up. Ended up getting bumped off the schedule on the day of after waiting for 6 hours. Could only reschedule me a week later. I don’t think they planned on calling to reschedule until the end of the day, after I would have sat waiting.
The office guy I talked to originally seemed to struggle with how to do his job so it should have been an indication. Anyways, I called a competitor and got a same day appointment 🤷🏻♀️

I want to Thank Michael, Joseph, Dan, Dylan and Zachary as they were part of the Plumbing Service Pro team .. They were all professional, provided great customer service, and explained the problem, walked me thru step by step and answered all my questions.. I had an issue in which the team had to return, they were here in less than 24 hrs, resolved the issue quickly and stood by their word.. in a world where most companies blame the customer and dont stand by their guarantee.. So Thank you Service Pro!
We had an appointment scheduled with this company today. They called to let us know they were on the way, but we missed the call. My husband returned the call almost immediately, within about a minute, and we were told they had already moved on to the next customer and would not be coming.
I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. If you miss their call, even by about a minute, your appointment may be skipped and you may need to reschedule. I would have liked to know that before scheduling with them.

We contacted this company for a quote to install a 240V circuit for a new induction range in a new-build home. After an on-site evaluation, we were quoted ~$4000.
The quote specifically noted that the electrical panel had plenty of capacity and that no service or panel upgrade was needed. Because the price seemed unusually high, we got a second opinion from the electrician who originally wired the house. The exact same work was completed for $600. If you look up average prices for this sort of install, the $600 was right in the median.
I understand that different companies have different pricing structures, but a quote more than six times the actual cost of the job was shocking. The experience left us feeling that the quote was completely out of line with the scope of work and we were being taken advantage of.
Based on our experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to others. I am only giving them an extra star because the plumber who was sent before the electricians found that no work had to be done on their part and waived their fee.

I had an excellent experience with Service Professor during what was becoming a stressful situation. We had a toilet overflow that was causing noticeable water damage, and when I called, Andrew was the first person I spoke with. He immediately reassured me that they would do everything possible to take care of us and get someone out as quickly as possible.
Andrew also took the time to learn about our situation, including the fact that I’m currently mobilized away from my family with the Coast Guard. That level of personal attention and genuine care meant a lot. He made sure we received every available discount, including their military discount, which was greatly appreciated.

The technician who came to our home was professional, honest, and focused on solving the actual problem. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services or pressure us into additional work. Instead, he clearly explained what was happening, fixed the issue, and provided helpful advice to help prevent it from happening again in the future.
From the initial phone call to the completed repair, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. I highly recommend Service Professor to anyone looking for honest, responsive, and high-quality service. Thank you, Andrew and the entire Service Professor team!
