  Adam was very professional and courteous. He explained everything very clearly and was very thorough. I did not feel like anything he said was just a sales pitch, nor he did not pressure me into spending more than was necessary. Would highly recommend!

  Wonderful company and staff totally go above and beyond. It was 105° with the heat index at our house in cedar springs on July 1st pro-tech was able to get me scheduled the very next day when our furnace/central air unit completely went out after 26 years of use they had our exact needs in stock and saved us $12,000 on the install in new units. I highly recommend them and give me five out of five stars and a 10 out of 10 scoring thank you so very much

  We initially noticed that our air conditioning system was not working properly. Their technician came out on Sunday and thoroughly checked to see what the issue might be and discovered that our 20 year old unit needed to be replaced. As the furnace was the same age, he checked and found some of the coils were showing some rust. That made it an easy decision to replace both. Monday morning we had a salesperson come who showed us what they could provide. He set us up for the installation on Tuesday so we were up and running more efficiently by that afternoon. And all of this was done during our hottest week of the year. They were easy to work with and went above and beyond for us. I will continue to use them and refer anyone who asks to go there first. Great job!!!

They were able to get me on their busy schedule sooner, arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and verify my AC unit was operating properly.   The technician that was here was knowledgeable and professional, quick diagnosis and good option for parts. I opted for the American made ones. The one thing that happened after he left and the A/C ran for a while is we noticed water on the floor next to the furnace. After doing some checking I discovered the pump was working fine and the hose going outside seemed to be blocked, I figured out there was a mud wasp nest way up inside the drain hose. I cleared that out an all is working as it's supposed to. Easy oversight, it was the first time the system was run this year and that's not a first thought on the list of things to check, but I will be putting a screen over the end of the hose now!
