  Adam was outstanding from start to finish. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He repaired my AC and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I clearly understood all of my options. What really stood out was Adam’s honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services, he genuinely looked for ways to help me save money, which is especially appreciated with how expensive everything is right now. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Adam to anyone needing HVAC repair or maintenance!

  From the time I called to the time they finished any question I had got answered. They worked with me to facilitate all corporate paperwork done. Our tenants can rest at ease now that everything is set and good to go. I will call Protech again no questions asked. If you're looking for a good Heating and Cooling company give them a call they're quick they're fast they're to the point and they are very polite. Also their $ was very decent in today's market..

  Last weekend we noticed there was water on the floor around the condenser on our furnace and because it was the weekend we didn’t want to call anyone due to the high cost of weekend/emergency calls so we put down a old towel & waited until Monday. I had always admired the Pro-Tech work vans because they seemed to personalized the van to the tech that was driving it. On Monday morning I called to see what the charge would be for a nonemergency call. They were able to send a tech out later that morning. Adam showed up & took care of the condenser issue as well as thoroughly checking the furnace & AC. Both units were 24 years old. Although the final bill was more than expected, we feel the cost of the repairs were far less than having to replace both units which is what we were fully expecting to do. Now we'll be able to use the AC with confidence this summer and having them come out twice a year to check everything will be reassuring. My only regret? Not getting a picture of the back of Adam's van.

  Pro-Tech provided a fast and professional experience. The sales rep was knowledgeable and honest. He didn’t try to up-sell me to a unit that was unnecessary for my house. The technicians were polite and friendly. They took me on a thorough walkthrough of all of the work, cleaned their mess, and demonstrated high levels of professionalism. I would recommend Pro-Tech as a company with integrity.

  The entire experience was 5 stars across the board. Communication between company and client is a master class! The staffing at the phones was always on point. Work crews at our house were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sorry for any names that I forgot but Westley was the key service person on the job. He operates as if he is the owner of the company. He is excellent in ALL areas. Other crew members, I think Kevin and his associate are also extremely skilled, genuine and helpful. Your company has to be doing something right to attract and keep this caliber of talent! Forever customer here! Thank you again!!
