This company is top-notch, when it comes to home inspections. Very thorough, observant, and knowledgeable. Amazing service, very fast to get us scheduled. The inspector showed us things along the way and walked us through any major problems that any homebuyer would be concerned with. 10 out of 10, like most things you get what you pay for and their service is worth the Money. They offer septic inspection and water testing to make sure water is good to consume. If you’re looking to buy a home, and want to be confident in your purchase, go with these guys!

Tony Zadiel Inspections was hired to inspect our home as part of the selling process. While the inspection itself was thorough and the report largely accurate, the professionalism ends there. During the inspection, damage was caused to our home — damage that could only have occurred during their time on the property. No one else was present, as both my father and I were out of town. When we confronted the company about the issue, instead of accepting responsibility, they denied any wrongdoing and falsely blamed my father — who had already left town before the inspection even took place. This response was not only dishonest, but also completely unacceptable. A responsible company would have acknowledged the mistake and offered a simple apology. Instead, Tony Zadiel Inspections chose to deflect blame and avoid accountability at all costs. This behavior reflects a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

Absolutely incredible. He was so knowledgeable, took his time, and got the job done. Well worth the price and then some. Tony’s catchphrase: “Thorough and Thoughtful” is spot on. Would HIGHLY recommend.
