  Groundworks provided a solution for widening driveway cracks we were experiencing as well as raising a sunken portion. Their team of Carter S. and Riley G. did excellent work. Both Carter and Riley were professional and courteous. Carter provided full explanation of work to be performed and set expectations. All in all, job well done.

  Austin Hergenrooder, Maxwell Allen and Danny Fields Atkinson are the three young men that install the AquaStop Basement Gutter in my home. I just want to say that they were all very engaging, knowledgeable and friendly!! The final product went beyond my expectations, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. Kudos to all three of them for a job well done!!

  Do not do business with this company. My daughter hired them, with a signed contract, to fully encapsulate her crawl space in her home in Fruitport, MI. They were very prompt at coming out and quoting the job and presenting her with a contract, which she signed. The payment terms of that contract were 25% with the signed contract and the balance upon completion. The job was supposed to be finished on a Friday. My daughter was going out of town that weekend. So when the crew said that it would be done Saturday, she trusted them and paid them the balance. MISTAKE! The job was not done. The vents weren’t closed so the dehumidifier is sucking moisture from outside. They’ve been impossible to contact. When she finally was able to talk to someone, they asked her what wasn’t done. She told them about the vents and they asked if there was anything else. Like it’s her job to inspect their work. They scheduled to come back to finish it today (9/25/26, 3 weeks after the initial job). Well they didn’t show up! They apparently didn’t finish another job so they couldn’t make it to her house. They’ve been paid in full so they have no incentive to come back. They’re scheduled to come back 9/30/26. If they don’t show again, I’ll update the review. This company is not to be trusted with your hard earned money.

  We needed to have our sidewalk repaired as it was a trip hazard. Also, needed some cracks in our breezeway and driveway done. Carter and Riley were excellent! They explained every step they were taking and why. They cleaned up afterwards. We are extremely happy with Groundworks and would highly recommend. Thanks again Carter and Riley for an excellent and efficient job well done. It is very much appreciated! Brad was the guy who came out to explain what would be done and he was also excellent! Thanks to all involved! 👍

  Our team of Junior, Trent, and Moe were very punctual and called to let us know when they were leaving GR and the approximate time of arrival. They were very hard working and efficient workers. They listened to our concerns, having to go through this at this time in our lives, and were very patient with us. All three young men were very professional and polite. Junior the team leader explained everything at completion and told us he enjoyed working with us. Thanks you guys, for your great work, thoughtfulness, and respect you gave to myself and Bill.
