  Groundwork’s employees were wonderful. Jayden, Tim, and DeShaun along with Reggie and Moe were great. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They were very patient and polite. Answered every question and worked very hard. Mike my salesman was also very helpful with several phone calls between us. I would recommend Groundwork’s. Jayden and Tim’s teams were also very helpful and polite.Would give them a 10 out of ten rating.

  From Yolanda’s initial call to schedule the appointment and set clear expectations, to Forrest’s exceptional service, support, and willingness to go above and beyond, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding! Yolanda set the tone from the very beginning with her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. She made the scheduling process seamless and ensured I knew exactly what to expect. Forrest carried that same level of care and professionalism throughout the inspection. His thoroughness, knowledge, and genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience were evident every step of the way. What impressed me most was his willingness to go beyond simply completing the inspection. He took the time to explain things clearly, address questions, and offer thoughtful considerations that demonstrated he truly cared about the customer and their home. It’s rare to encounter a team that makes you feel so well taken care of from the very first interaction through the completion of service. Yolanda and Forrest are outstanding representatives of their company and examples of what exceptional customer service should look like. Five stars without hesitation! I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you both for making the entire experience so positive, informative, and reassuring!

  The guys were beyond professional and courteous. They all Jacob, Austin & Mohammad R. K really represented your company well. I appreciated how Austin took the time to explain to my 77 year old mother who had no knowledge of anything but now she thinks she knows it all (lol) I would recommend them 1000 times to anyone who needs this work done

  First off, the technician called me on his way and asked me scripted weird questions like: “do you have a location we can talk ”. Yes? You’re coming to my house? What does this mean? He shows up and I show him the crawlspace/cellar room that is having the excess moldy moisture and where water was dripping through concrete slabs previously during a rainstorm. (Had stopped by his arrival) He was baffled beyond belief. I had to explain to HIM how water was seeping through the ground entering through the cracks in the cement. He then proceeded to “call his boss” and came back and said they don’t work on spaces like this. Goodbye. I think they sent someone wholly inexperienced. Didn’t take time to understand the issue and then just wasted my entire day on this appointment. According to this technician they only work on seepage where the floor meets the wall. No foundation repair. If you have an older home probably don’t call this company.

  We had the pleasure of working with one of their field inspectors, John Botten, on two different occasions (once for our house and once again for the building where we work) and he was incredibly helpful both times. John displayed an incredible wealth of knowledge, offered actionable solutions to drainage problems, and did so in a friendly and professional manner. If you even suspect you might be having issues with your foundation, or know someone who does, don't wait another second and call Groundworks Foundation Repair of Grand Rapids.
