  From my first contact with Control Electric, I have been very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and quality of installation. Russ walked me through the process, helping me decide which size generator would be best for my home, the timeframe for installation and answering all my questions (which were many). Every employee in the office answered my calls promptly and helped me in a timely manner. Each of the women were friendly, helpful and accurate in the information they provided. Carson and his partner were my first contact with the workers. They installed the pad for the generator and positioned the generator on the pad. No easy task. The Generac is a heavy piece of equipment built to last. They welcomed my and my mini Schnauzer to watch and cleaned their work area thoroughly so she wouldn't ingest anything they may have left behind. The next crew was Mason and company who installed the gas line. Again, very professional, personable and left the work area clean.They made sure to relight the pilot light on the water heater when they were done. Last, but not least, was Dan and Dave who ran the electrical and hooked the generator up. It was an all-day task, but one they did in 90 plus heat without complaint. I can't comment on their craftsmanship because I don't know anything about electrical work, but the box and wires were installed and passed inspection! They both were very thorough and cleaned up their work area. They gave my puppy lots of belly rubs and attention as she would not leave them alone when in the same room. Dan was very helpful in explaining the new Ecobee thermostats, how the generator will work in a power outage, getting me signed up on the necessary apps to monitor it all, and didn't laugh when I had a moment working through signing up on the apps. They showed me how the Generac would work when then power went out, how the generator sounds when it kicks on and what happens when the power is restored. Both were very knowledgable and they made me feel confident I had chosen the best product for my needs. As you can tell, I can't say enough about this company and the installation. They deserve credit for providing great customer service, keeping their word on delivery dates, and leaving me feel confident in my investment. I would not hesitate to use Control Electric in the future. In this world of lower standards, they do things the old-fashioned way with honesty and integrity.
