Horrible experience. Feb 6th, 2026 I started the process of ordering new kitchen cabinets and a countertop. After the cabinets were delivered and the installer started installing the cabinets, the installer realized the incorrect corner lazy susan cabinets were ordered (the angle was incorrect) due to the incorrect angle the current flooring (which we were keeping), was not going to be fully covered. So, different cabinets were ordered, however, when they were ordered we were not informed that the new cabinets were not considered lazy susan cabinets. Apparently they were corner sink cabinets, so they did not even come with any type of shelving unit (what good do shelfless, lazy susanless cabinets do)? I was not aware of this until after all cabinets were installed and I inquired where the lazy susans were. I had to purchase 2 lazy susans off Amazon myself and have them installed. During the install process the installer noticed that two other cabinets were ordered in the incorrect size, so those also had to be reordered. Then prior to the first countertop template that was scheduled, I realized the sink cabinet was installed was for a regular sink, we ordered a farmhouse sink, so the cabinet had to be removed and a new cabinet had to be ordered and installed, which resulted in pushing our countertop template back an additional two weeks, which pushed the countertop install back an additional 3 weeks. Had this not happened we would have had our countertop in time for Easter, which we were supposed to host for my parents that were coming in from out of town. We could not end up hosting because of this mistake. Once the new sink cabinet came in (on a Friday), the installer went to install the cabinet and the sink, only to find out the sink was the incorrect size. The new template date was scheduled for the following Tuesday, so I had to order a new sink via Amazon to get it in on time so it could be installed prior to the the template. The sink came in Monday night about 7pm, and the installer had to come first thing Tuesday morning to install the new sink prior to the template at 2pm. After the template on March 17th, I was waiting for an install date. On March 24th I received a message from the countertop company stating they were waiting for Cabinets to Go to approve and release the request. I contacted Cabinets to Go and they claimed they did approve and release the request. On March 30th, I received a 2nd message from the countertop company, again Cabinets to Go, claimed they already did it, but stated they did it again that morning, "just in case". Finally on April 21st my countertop was installed. So it took almost 3 whole months of constant mistakes for my cabinets and countertop install to be completed. Jon did credit some of the mistakes, but did not really seem at all apologetic or care about how not having a kitchen affected me or my holiday with my parents. I would never recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone and I will never use them again. Oh, and I also emailed Cabinets to Go corporate office and not heard a word back, so it seems their lack of customer service comes from the top. If you take the chance with Cabinets to Go after you read this review you have no one to blame but yourself if it all hits the fan!
