Horrible experience. Feb 6th, 2026 I started the process of ordering new kitchen cabinets and a countertop. After the cabinets were delivered and the installer started installing the cabinets, the installer realized the incorrect corner lazy susan cabinets were ordered (the angle was incorrect) due to the incorrect angle the current flooring (which we were keeping), was not going to be fully covered. So, different cabinets were ordered, however, when they were ordered we were not informed that the new cabinets were not considered lazy susan cabinets. Apparently they were corner sink cabinets, so they did not even come with any type of shelving unit (what good do shelfless, lazy susanless cabinets do)? I was not aware of this until after all cabinets were installed and I inquired where the lazy susans were. I had to purchase 2 lazy susans off Amazon myself and have them installed. During the install process the installer noticed that two other cabinets were ordered in the incorrect size, so those also had to be reordered. Then prior to the first countertop template that was scheduled, I realized the sink cabinet was installed was for a regular sink, we ordered a farmhouse sink, so the cabinet had to be removed and a new cabinet had to be ordered and installed, which resulted in pushing our countertop template back an additional two weeks, which pushed the countertop install back an additional 3 weeks. Had this not happened we would have had our countertop in time for Easter, which we were supposed to host for my parents that were coming in from out of town. We could not end up hosting because of this mistake. Once the new sink cabinet came in (on a Friday), the installer went to install the cabinet and the sink, only to find out the sink was the incorrect size. The new template date was scheduled for the following Tuesday, so I had to order a new sink via Amazon to get it in on time so it could be installed prior to the the template. The sink came in Monday night about 7pm, and the installer had to come first thing Tuesday morning to install the new sink prior to the template at 2pm. After the template on March 17th, I was waiting for an install date. On March 24th I received a message from the countertop company stating they were waiting for Cabinets to Go to approve and release the request. I contacted Cabinets to Go and they claimed they did approve and release the request. On March 30th, I received a 2nd message from the countertop company, again Cabinets to Go, claimed they already did it, but stated they did it again that morning, "just in case". Finally on April 21st my countertop was installed. So it took almost 3 whole months of constant mistakes for my cabinets and countertop install to be completed. Jon did credit some of the mistakes, but did not really seem at all apologetic or care about how not having a kitchen affected me or my holiday with my parents. I would never recommend Cabinets to Go to anyone and I will never use them again. Oh, and I also emailed Cabinets to Go corporate office and not heard a word back, so it seems their lack of customer service comes from the top. If you take the chance with Cabinets to Go after you read this review you have no one to blame but yourself if it all hits the fan!

Cabinets were structurally mediocre and many of the locks were damaged upon receipt. Two cabinets had damage when unboxed (likely shipping issue). One cabinet was missing from our order and we have to drive 2 hours instead of being charged almost $500 for shipping. Not great experience. Will not buy from them again or modify review unless they refund for the damage and hassle.

My experience with this store has not been smooth from the onset. I pushed the issue with using them because I really wanted quality cabinets at a reasonable price for my new-build home. They were in-between store managers when I started the design process and I should have walked away then. I gave them blueprints, all specifications on sinks and appliances but I still received cabinets and a design that was NEVER going to work with my spaces. They also completely forgot to order two cabinets which I didn’t know until the last minute.I really can’t recommend using Cabinets to Go until they can get it together better and have better follow through. As of right now, I have been waiting for a refund check for almost 3 weeks with no communication from the store. They got their $20,000 from me for my order and are now just done with me. In my opinion you’d be better off using a local cabinet company even if it costs more. The aggravation just isn’t worth it.

My install was perfect, the installation person did an amazing job. After that all down hill . When I purchased my kitchen I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks after install to get my counters and sink . They came two weeks after install to remeasure to make sure measurements were accurate for counters, at that time I was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks to get counters and sink. Two weeks after that measurement I was called saying there was a different in price that I owed an additional 120.00 . I paid that and then was told I had to wait 2 to 4 more weeks for my counters and sink . I was livid. I called cabinets to go and Chris the manager said there was nothing he could do. I waited , two weeks I called to get update, nothing , 3, 4 weeks nothing Chris kept telling me nothing he could do. Finally 7 weeks after install and no calls I walked into cabinets to go on 28th at 9am and Chris was there , he said he knows me and he still could do nothing. He told me I needed to call and find out myself I said that was not my job it was his . At that time he looked at me and said." The world doesn't revolve around me and I'm not a princess" I was so floored and replied I was going to call corporate and he was a terrible manager and very disrespectful. Next day install company called and they set a date to install next week. Install came and I was on line working that day and was not able to see entirely the whole kitchen when I signed job completed. After work i walked into my kitchen and noticed a hole from counter to top of cabinet. To see u need to be bending down lile u are grabbing something out of a cabinet . U can stick your whole had in . Basically they cut to much when they were putting in sink . They damaged that and two slow close hinindges. That was a mess to try to get that fixed . Just today July 17th is when the last hindge was fixed. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Chris was amazing, professional & very patient with all my questions. He has great knowledge of his job! Measurements were spot on and precise. Demo was tough because they were really old cabinets built in. Dan & Steve were very professional and courteous in my home during demo & install. I LOVE MY NEW CABINETS!! Best Mother's Day gift❤ THANK YOU Chris, Dan & Steve!
