  Tyler went out of his way to be helpful and explained different levels of service. He offered good information regarding the plumbing issue and gave honest feedback to my questions. I was very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will recommend and use them when needed in the future.

  Cody was fantastic! He came to flush our water heater and addressing an error code we were experiencing. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to share additional tips for maintaining our plumbing. I really appreciated the quality of his work and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

  I was having plumbing back up issues throughout my house. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment right away. Cody came out and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and got it fixed the same day. I have a follow up appointment for a replacement part but plumbing is running smoothly with no issues! They are very reasonably priced. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises!

  Cody was great! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. We needed a P-trap installed and had a leak from our bathtub faucet, and he explained everything really clearly, including what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was very professional but also really kind and easy to work with. I also really appreciate that the work comes with a one-year warranty. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him!

  All of the service techs (3), were great. Knowledgeable, personable. The price of the actual installation was not revealed ( even though we asked on the phone, in between tech 1 and 2) when tech 2 showed up, we were advised of the very high cost for the installation. We had already paid $200 for them to come out to check why we had water everywhere. Thought the additional installation cost was excessive. We were offered to go through them to purchase our new faucet, but that purchase was also very expensive. So we purchased a very nice faucet from Home Depot that was almost identical to our old one for about 20% of the cost of their options….In the end however, they were able to deduct the $200 from the excessive installation cost (otherwise we would not have proceeded) Again, all great guys…and the installation went smooth and efficient.
