  Clark did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful and honest. He did amazing work and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair!

  Our new garage door is so quiet when opening and closing, it will be a pleasure to have a door opener remote and everything tightly sealed. Tim Goble did an excellent job, was detailed on every point of the installation. Leaving everything clean and tidy upon completion.   Put in an online request for a service call and my appointment was scheduled for the following day. I liked that I received an email in advance to let me know the technician was on the way with a photo and some background info - and contact info. Joe did a general assessment and explained my options and cost. He then proceeded with the installation so that my garage door opener was immediately back in service. Fast, friendly, professional and competent. My first experience with A1 is a very positive one!

  They installed my garage door for 2 car garage. They could only give 1 garage door opener but we have 2 cars. i even asked them before making the purchase as it was $3800 dollars he said yeah dont worry i will add another garage door opener. Lol. Not worth the price if you are looking for solid customer service. I would just make sure you shop around. Qoutes are free. We was qouted by other places for better prices with the 2 garage doors openers but we didnt know we wouldnt get what we paid for with these guys. Just be careful who you hire for these major projects. Don't be like us.

  Had them come for one of the $29 tune ups and ended up with a $1600 quote to replace the tension springs and base pad. After denying authorization to do the work they cut it down several times to 800. When I asked for them to leave and to send the quote so I could look for competitor rates they said they were happy to wait while I called around. I refused. At the end of my interaction with A1 the "quality manager" that the technician had called and put on speaker asked what made me hesitant to say yes? Maybe the fact they originally quoted me double the price they settled on seemed a little sketchy. What I didn't say is that it was predatory, but with the pushiness of the service (over the course of an hour saying no, no, no) I certainly felt that way. Eventually they left, and then never sent us the quote. By the way, found another company to replace the springs and it was $400 all in.
