  They were incredibly courteous, explained any questions I had, to help with proper functioning of the water heater. And also the various pipe fittings, shut of valve from water heater to furnace humidifier and deteriorating refrigerator shutoff valve.

  Tom was not able to find why we are having a sewer smell in our house. We will have to reach out to another company to see if they can find the source.

  We have had nothing but great experiences with your company. Nicholas was right on time and did a wonderful job evaluating our heating system. He was great at explaining everything he did and how to manage it. Great guy and great service. We did not pay anything because it was included as part of our contract.

  I Had a Nice technician come out for the $99 drain unclog. He looked in a few drains with his eyes and we walked the property and realized it was the main line that was backed up. I didn't go through with the service as I found out the main line was under warranty with a different company. No Drain unclogging service was performed. I was still charged $99 just for having him come out. There is nothing that says $99 service call on the website. the advertisement was misleading. They called and said i don't get a refund. Don't waste your time with these guys. There are other company's that are upfront about about pricing and also most others do free estimates unlike Service Professor.

  Installing a second water meter for our sprinklers involved some coordination with the city, but John from Service Professor helped walk us through the process and provided fantastic service. He was always on time, incredibly courteous, and took the time to communicate everything he did and patiently answer my many questions. I always call Service Professor first for plumbing/HVAC issues because of their fantastic service and reasonable prices!
