  A/C was not working. Called and same day came out at $79 but repair was just under $700. How ever even 2 hours later it is cooling down the house. I have Lupus so I over heat very easily. I was vary happy to get them to coyout the same day. But not to happy when my Best thermostat says 2 hours to cool down and 2 hours later it's the same temperature?!?!

  Nick came over for another AC tune-up, and he continues to be one of the best techs - if not the best tech - I've ever had the pleasure of working with from any company. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to share an honest perspective on any potential concerns, providing viable solutions for the future.

  Cody M was on time and super pleasant to work with. He took his time explaining the drain cleaning process. He kept me updated on all that was being done. And cleaned up after his work was complete (very important to me) Then we had Tom C who was awesome to work with. He had to camera our drain line. He was very knowledgeable and showed and explained everything to me. Thanks again for everything.

  I needed emergency service due to an electrical issue that resulted in the loss of power for my house. I have a VIP members and Service Professor sent Alex within four hours after my call. Alex was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue so that power was back on within minutes. Equally important, Alex identified a potentially serious electrical issue that I was not aware of. Alex scheduled an appointment with his team for the following day to address the issue. I am very pleased with the service that I received and feel confident in Alex's expertise and extensive knowledge.

  We have just signed to the Service Professor's MVP program following a sump pump replacement, some minor plumbing fixes, and the installation of the "FlowTech" system. John Nichols did a walk thru and advised us on some other issue found during the visit for the sump pump replacement. I really appreciated his low pressure approach which actually helped me understand and accept the addition work needed. Shout out also to Logan Harrington for his help. Christopher Kirchen performed the HVAC annual check which is part of the MVP program. He is veteran HVAC tech, friendly, and took time to answer all my questions. Although our system is new, I am glad for the service and the careful examination provided. Christian Wood installed the "Flow Tech" system. This was quick and we think it will benefit us for a long time to come. I appreciate the time he took to explain the system. Thanks !!
