  Keegan came to install new garbage disposal right on time.. So professional..clear explanations and pricing. Good hands on work making sure everything was done correctly.. corrected issues left by different company. Polite and friendly customer support. All in all. Great Job!!! Will use them again !!!

  Keenan came to snake my garage drain, but due to misunderstanding was initially directed to a broken sink that had caused water damage. He not only repaired the sink, but also thoroughly evaluate my plumbing, water heater, sewer, lines, traps, and septic maintenance needs. He explained that the garage has a sand drain rather than a septic connection, so its slow drain is to be expected. I was beyond impressed by Keenan‘s charisma, honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using service professor for several upcoming projects!

  I got quotes from two different companies before I met John. His customer service and integrity won me over. He does great work and I would recommend him, and your company to anyone that asks. And this is coming from a person who opened a Home Depot and a Lowes store and knows what customer service is all about.

  The service technician did not install the faucet and arrived without the equipment or supplies necessary to complete the service I requested. After being unable to complete the job, he insisted that I still had to pay for the service call and refused my request to contact the office to discuss the situation. I’ve been a landlord for 25 years and have dealt with many contractors and service professionals. This was by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly what this company is prepared to do before scheduling or paying for a service call. Very disappointing experience. Proceed with caution.

  I highly recommend Service Professionals for all of your plumbing needs. I called last night and they had someone out here at 8:00 the next morning to snake my drain. Keenan was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for any drain, plumbing and sewer needs we have in the future.
