  Aaron & Brandon did a wonderful job in my home. as a women home alone with my two young children I’m always a little nervous letting people into my home to work. They were so understanding and patient with me while i explained the issue and managed my two children. They were very polite, and explained everything to my throughly. They even went the extra mile and checked the systems pressure like I requested even though they assured me it was good. Aaron even took a minute to talk to my 3 year old whom was very enthusiastic to learn about what they were fixing, while Brandon was finishing up with our transaction. Overall very happy with the service, and I will definitely be a return costumer.

  I believe I have used the phrase "above and beyond" too casually in the past and I realized that when Aaron Foster did the maintenance checkup on my AC. Aaron is knowledgeable, efficient, and confident.. He performed all the required tests and gave me some recommendations. And then, because of my broken outdoor faucet, filled a pump container and hand washed the AC. And then, fixed my humidifier that had not worked for 7 years. And now, Aaron is my model for "above and beyond" service. His confidence showed me that I was in good hands with Sharon's.

  The whole experience was great starting with Diane. Diane came out for a quote for a new furnace. She was nice and the price was decent.I decided to give the company a try. Two young men arrived very polite and respectful. They put on shoe covers to not mess up our floor. In the basement they laid a cloth down leading all the way to the furnace to keep that floor clean. They gave updates often. Great communication. The job was neat. When done they made sure everything worked. They asked if they could show me what was done. They showed me how everything operated. Educated me on the filter meaning what not to get and how often to change the filter.They asked if I had questions. These young men were very smart and knowledgeable. You can ask them anything and they had an answer. I appreciate that. They did a great job. I would use them again.

  Needed my AC checked before the start of the season. Was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician was prompt, polite, and explained everything that he would be doing. Been using them for years now and am never disappointed with the quality of the work.

  Brandon and Nicolas did a spring AC check-up on May 8. They called to say they were on their way and arrived promptly. They explained what they were going to do and updated me on every step. They answered my questions and gave recommendations on continued care of my system. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I will definitely use Sharon’ s Heating and Air Conditioning company again.
