  I will highly recommend Sharon's Heating and Cooling from the initial contact on issue with my a.c unit, to the use of the website on scheduling, the follow up calls and most importantly safety when I received call that Alex was on his way to the appointment. I was notified that Alex would not be in a company vehicle and a description of the vehicle as well as being in uniform information was provided. That let me know that customer service and safety is a priority.

  This company has been nothing short of amazing to me! From beginning contact, meeting Diane and both Aaron and Charles that came to do the service. I’m so grateful for all the hard work You guys did . You did an amazing job in absolutely brutal temperatures at my house with no AC. Thank you again for everything

  Sharon’s Heating & Cooling in Westland got us on the schedule next day during the hottest weather we’ve had this summer when our AC stopped working. Wisam Obeid, the technician, was outstanding - after asking about the symptoms he explained what he thought might be the issue, did a system evaluation, confirmed his suspicion and fixed it. He also explained a few things about the system that I (a DIYer) should be careful about. Overall, a good experience with Wisam and Sharon’s Heating & Cooling.

  Sharon’s is our trusted HVAC servicer. Aaron was courteous, clear, not sales-y, and we ended up with a good short-term option to get our air going. Planning to replace equipment in next couple years, and we will return to Sharon’s. Bought the maintenance package, too. Thank you, Aaron, for coming out on a super-hot day!!

  Durron was courteous and very professional providing information and service on my hvac system. I feel confident that everything is good to go. I signed up for the yearly maintenance service. I appreciate Durron’s help and I appreciate Sharron’s Heating & Air Conditioning quick response to my concerns. I will be using Sharron’s in the future and I would recommend then to anyone that needs HVAC service needs.
