  Excellent service before, during, and after installation of a new air conditioner and furnace. From the professional receptionist Kaneisha to the efficient and friendly John Jeffries and Ian along with their crew, I would highly recommend this company. They gave me tips on how to care for my new appliances. The pricing was good.

  High quality job performed by Charles Rankin and his partner Steve. Both were very professional with the install and keeping us informed. I called Sharon's cheating and cooling for my furnace because Charles installed my AC unit last year and did a great job.

  Editing to add: Since posting my initial review, I promptly heard from the owner, Peter, at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning, which I was quite impressed by. He took full ownership of the situation and never tried to cover anything up or make excuses. He sent out his most experienced technicians to thoroughly go over the system and determine whether there was an issue that had been missed over the years or whether the unit ultimately needed to be replaced. They were finally able to determine that the AC had been installed incorrectly. While I’m certainly not thrilled that an improper installation wasn’t identified during the multiple service calls we’ve had over the years, I do want to give credit where credit is due. Once Peter and his team became involved, they were extremely solution-focused and committed to getting to the bottom of the problem. I also learned that Peter was not the owner when I originally purchased the AC, which makes me even more appreciative that he stepped up and took responsibility for an issue that technically predated his ownership. He assured me that, one way or another, we would get the situation resolved, and I respect that. One thing that really stood out to me throughout this process was how highly each of the technicians spoke of one another. Every gentleman I interacted with this week had nothing but positive things to say about the rest of the team. It was very obvious that they have each other’s backs and are all working toward the same goal. At the end of the day, I’m still disappointed that it took this long and this many service calls to uncover the installation issue. However, I believe in giving credit where it’s due, and Peter and his team deserve recognition for how they handled things once they became aware of the problem. Their communication, willingness to investigate, and focus on finding a solution made a significant difference. ************************************* We have had ongoing issues with our AC system since purchasing a new unit from this company five years ago. From the beginning, the system has struggled to keep up and has consistently run nearly 24/7. After having the team come out multiple times to troubleshoot the issue, I ultimately had to have the system and other aspects of my home thoroughly evaluated. I was eventually informed that the AC unit installed was improperly sized and too small for our home. This has resulted in years of frustration, along with thousands of dollars in additional utility costs and service fees trying to diagnose and address the problem. I’m extremely disappointed that a new system was installed incorrectly in the first place and that it took multiple service calls and significant expense to determine the root cause.

  Air conditioner stopped working, called Sharron’s, technician Brandon showed up with in an hour, found the issues with faulty parts, estimated to replace about $700 but he took the effort to check the warranty since the AC is 7 years old and knocked out all the parts cost and he will go through warranty claim. Saved about $500. Great service. I’m back with cold air conditioning.

  From start to finish, my experience with Sharon's Heating & Cooling was excellent. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, and not only were they the most affordable option, but they absolutely did not cut corners on quality. They were also able to get my new AC unit installed much sooner than I expected. Jay was my installer, and he was outstanding. He arrived right on time, explained the entire installation process, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail. When he finished, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you would never have known any work had been done—not a single piece of debris was left behind. What impressed me most was the time Jay took to walk me through everything after the installation. He showed me all of the changes he made, explained how everything works, and even demonstrated how to properly maintain and clean the unit. Throughout the entire process, he treated me with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Sharon's Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for honest pricing, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.
