  I recently received an in home estimate for a central air unit, and currently on my second quote. I dont think there's a need to get a 3rd quote, I was completely sold on the price for my needs. Norm was my technician, he was very informative and explained everything. He didnt try to persuade me into getting a new furnace when I dont need one,nor did he try to sell me other products. .! I was very pleased at how thorough he was everything! I will definitely be choosing family heating and cooling for my ac needs! Awesome company, looking forward to working with you !5 stars!

  Excellent service from estimation to installation. Norm was honest with estimation details. Adam and Jaylen installed a new furnace and A/C. They took care while being in my house, tolerated my dogs (!), answered my questions throughout the install, and I was so pleased. This is a wonder company to work with.

  UPDATED: I got a call from Family H&C few minutes ago, before I even had a chance to reach out to them. They are sending a tech to double check the Hot Water tank. I spoke with Bryan who was pleasant and reassuring. Understandably things happen and while I was frustrated Family Heating is taking this seriously and sending a supervisor over. I appreciate this level of customer care and service!! We are all consumers in this world. WE all just want to feel taken care of especially with services that are beyond our own skill levels. I felt well taken care of after my call with Bryan. **************************** Since their offices close at 6. I had no way to contact anyone. I ultimately contacted my younger brother who lives on the east coast and he works in the trades. He helped walk me through it and I was able to get the system to start heating and had hot water by 9pm. ************************************* Just had our hot water tank replaced today. Was told to wait an hour and this was around 330 in the afternoon when they finished. I had a client meeting as I work from home. I didnt get to test the water until after 6. The water was not heating and the power vent fan was running continuously.

  My technician, Troy K, #931, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He readily answered questions and completed his work in a prompt manner. I wouldn’t want to ever lose an employee like this! I will recommend Family H&C because of the reputation he gives your company.
