- RCRobin CoxSep 2, 20241.0Went to Herbs for bedroom carpet. The assured me it would be installed within six weeks. After five weeks, I called and was informed the carpet had not yet arrived at their store, and they would schedule as soon as it arrived. I had to call every couple weeks for the next four months since they never contacted me to update the status. When the carpet did finally show up, I only found out because I showed up at the store to get my 75% deposit back. I agreed to let the install to get it done, but customer service was non- existent.

The employee took a sheet of paper, slammed, rolled and then turned it over to demonstrate what to do with the carpet. He proceeded to berate us when we asked if we could roll half of the rug since it was already set in an assisted living apartment. He continued to belittle us when we asked questions and shared our story of trying to prevent a family member from tripping. We were classy and walked out thanking him, but I would not recommend anyone conduct business with this establishment. Kindness matters!
