  Ted provided exceptional plumbing service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything before beginning the work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Finding someone honest and dependable can be difficult, but Ted exceeded every expectation. His attention to detail, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Ted to anyone looking for a skilled plumber.   I had a water heater burst in my basement couple days ago. I called Bob Downey Plumbing and they were at my house within an hour of me calling. The technician that came in was professional , knowledgeable , and respectful of my house . He wore shoe cover the whole time. What I truly like about this company was that they explained the price upfront before even installing the unit. The job performance was good and they hauled the old unit . I was surprise because some company they charge you to dispose the old unit. Highly recommended this company !

  My small need translated into a much larger need which engaged a much larger group of efficient and thorough working men. The work was messy, dirty and needed many trips up and down stairs to get rid of a lot of debris as it progressed. The service was fantastic! I was informed of what was happening and they even cleaned up! By the way, My small bathtub need was not forgotten either.

  Y'know, I learned a long time ago that driving terribly with a company logo on your vehicle is a really bad idea. Bob Downey: Watch me do it anyways. Took a left turn at a very dangerous intersection BEFORE oncoming traffic. Which was unnecessary because I made it through the light legally and safely. I then proceeded to still end up behind him and see him drive about a 1/4 mile down the shoulder. Good job, Bob. They snubbed me years ago by never showing up to my house for an appointment and then called me a liar because he "trusted his tech". I was fine not leaving a review because whatever, but since you didn't seem to care about anyone else on the road but you, enjoy my review. Edit: Called them as they requested. Immediately a hostile conversation. Not so much as an apology. No sympathy. Wanted my information. No. Your name is on the truck, YOU are responsible for how that truck behaved in a PUBLIC space. Take responsibility. This is why you are a small business and not a large business.
