  Mike came out last week to take care of a new toilet for me. He was efficient and kept me in the loop with scheduling. My sister will be calling next for plumbing work. Highly recommend Bob Downey Plumbing!

  My shower had a broken diverter and an embarrassing homemade trap underneath which leaked every time I used the shower. The broken diverter made it so that the tub filled with water in minutes, so I had to constantly turn the water off to let it drain. Only when the pipe in the back starting leaking onto the hardwood did I call for help, and after Mike came out and assured me that it was fixable, Scott came out this morning and not only fixed the leak, but rebuilt the trap underneath and fixed the diverter, and then gave me a bill that was less than they estimated originally, even with the added work! If he was only able to fix the leaky pipe, I would have been satisfied but I feel like I just got a brand new shower. This house has all kinds of janky plumbing so I will definitely be going back to Bob Downey Plumbing!

  I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the service provided by the staff. We called early on Saturday morning and the plumber arrived less than an hour after. The plumber saved us from what could have a dangerous situation. I recommend Bobs Plumbing to everyone.

  This place is absolutely phenomenal the staff here are top-notch they explain the job that needs to be done and give you a price up front they're great with seniors and the military I highly recommend them please give them a call if you have a problem

  I had the most wonderful experience this week with Bob Downey plumbing. My home is currently for sale and my landscaper ran into the clay sewer pipe that sticks out of the ground to collect the water from the gutter spout and smashed it to pieces! I called two plumbers and were told they can't help me. When I called Bob Downey they said they do the work and will do the work ASAP because I had an inspection this week. They sent Scott to evaluate what needs to be done including removing any shards that fell down into the pipe. Scot was wonderful from the beginning. He told me exactly what they would do and how much the job would cost up front which could be unusual for a plumber to do! The job got done and my new pipe and extention look so beautiful-like a work of art! Scott did the job perfectly and also he cut down a metal part of an old fence post piece for me that was sticking out of the ground for 26 years (and no one that ever came to my home noticed it much less cut this thing down for me). Scott said he did it as a safety thing so no one visiting my home would trip on it. What a guy! Scott is very professional and has a great demeaner to work with. When I called the owner and told him about my great experience he said to call them anytime if you need any type of things to repair and not just plumbing! I just love these guys!
