  You can't ask for better service. Within two hours of calling my dryer was repaired. I dare any other business to beat that.

  They were the servicing agent for my Whirlpool warranty claim. Communication was great. Scheduled call very quickly , were back with parts needed 2 days later and made the quick repair. Kermit the service tech was great.

  Would NOT reccomend. Called asking for help with a washer. Kermit showed up and spent no more than 15 min looking at it. He did however track mud through my entire downstairs and down all my stairs. Gee thanks Kermit. It was great as a disabled person to have to clean up after you. I expressed to him I have already spent $200 at the laundry mat in the last few weeks and I really need it fixed ASAP which is why we went with this company. He assured me it was a control panel issue. He said it was a very simple fix. He would call me in a few hours, tomorrow at the latest to tell me the cost and have the part ordered. Weeks went by and still no call, and no Kermit. 3 weeks later we decide to get the control panel and guess what. It's not the control panel and the control panel we spent several hundred dollars on is not refundable. It's now been like 6 weeks and now we get a bill in the mail for services. WHAT!! For what? Than 3 days later we get another bill saying it's 30 days past due. Is this some kind of joke? This is how this company treats disabled veterans and their families. I would highly reccomend avoiding them. Kermit clearly doesn't know what he's is doing and has zero respect for people's homes or their time.
