  I had them put in a walk in shower and floor in my bathroom the job they did was great so I had them come back to put in a new counter and backsplash, well it has been a disappointment and I admit Shane was here and did his best to fix it but it is not at all what I expected the reason is nobody bothered to tell me the backsplash I wanted was discontinued and so it was not all the same pattern and it's obvious I have to say Shane tried very hard but if he doesn't have the correct tiles what can he do, I certainly wish I had been told so I could have found another backsplash it is sad because this company does great work. I read your answer to my review and think you should know that I do not feel good at all about the way the back splash looks!

  We had a walk in shower and kitchen refacing both done by Renuity. Shower conversion took 2 days, on completion we noticed grab bars and shelves were both missing. We contacted Renuity and both had been missed on our contract, but Renuity was nice to order them and in 1 week the installer, Justin was back out and installed both. Justin was GREAT from the minute he stepped inside our home. The kitchen remodel took 3 + days, and the installers were Chad and Vas, both were very friendly, efficient and told us every time something was happening. Renuity is a GREAT company to have in your home, and all 3 installers were guys we'd want to do another job

  Great overall experience. The two guys, Dave and Mike, sent to remodel our 2 bathrooms listened to our vision and worked with us to make it a reality. They were very personable, knowledgeable, skillful, and pleasure to have in our home. They updated one shower and added a shower to the other bathroom. Installed new toilets; flooring; cabinets with countertops backsplash, and sidesplash; molding, and one mirror.

  I had work on my bathrooms done and my kitchen, finally remodeled and flooring put through most the downstairs and upstairs bathroom. David Garcia explained things as they would be done and he and the guys always left things clean and orderly at the end of the day. It cost more than expected but well worth it. It’s been a couple months now since they finished the work and I am still smiling every time I walk into my kitchen and across my new floors. My last name is Hubble, I never changed it on my account. I would recommend them and will have them hopefully do another project in the future. Thank you all😁

  I would not recommend this company. The bathroom installer ruined the newly refinished hard wood floor outside the bathroom by using acetate to clean up spilled glue. I have been trying to get this rectified since December and it still has yet to be taken care of. They were very quick to take payment and are not very motivated at this time to fix their mistake. They also said the small job would take a week and it took almost a month. The vanity drawer which they came out to fix is still not working properly. I gave them every opportunity to make me a happy customer but they failed miserably!
