We had Mobility Remodelers a few weeks back change-over my mother's old bathroom (build likely in the 1950's) into a moden, walk-in shower. Their quote was competitive with several other companies we talked to but their explanation of the process and how they worked with us during the planning portion is what sold us on their company. While they said it would be a longer wait period, they were able to get the materials in ahead of time and actually complete the work ahead of the original plan. The demo portion was tough on them - which led this to be a 3 day project (instead of a 2 day project) and during the demo, they did cause some tile outside the bathroom to crack - but again, their attention to detail was superb and they came back a few days later and repaired/replaced this portion beautifully. I mention this because sometimes people like to know how a company responds when things don't go perfectly as planned - and working on a 75 year old house with a cast-iron tube to remove and considering the old tiles were actually cemeneted in place was defintiely tough!
Overall, the new walk-in shower turned out beautiful and my aging mother is incredibly happy with it. We had a new slip-resistant floortub, new walls, sliding glass doors, shower head and grab bars all installed. I personally reviewed the project while in progress as well as its completion and yes, its gorgeous and the attention to detail is great. The several people that did the work were professional, polite and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well (always a bonus!).
We're very happy we went with Mobility Remodelers and I'm happy to recommend them.

From the start, the service I received was amazing. The sales person I worked with was Jason. Great man, personably didn’t try to sell me, was trying to understand what I was looking for and getting me there while working with my budget. The builders were Nate and Tony. I have had contractors in and out of my house since I moved in . When the guys came in it felt like I was having the family over helping me out for the week. Nate and Tony were the duo of the year. Explained, updated me, joked and laughed . Cleaned up after themselves like I called a cleaning company . These guys put in work over the last week. They deserve the praise and a raise. I am nothing but pleased with mobility remodelers. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family looking for bathroom or kitchen remodels.

Didn't stand by the warranty of free caulking for lifetime. Which is the reason I purchased the product. They made up excuses and didn't return calls.
Their motto was "This business operates under biblical principles " The new owner didn't bring that or warranty of older contacts.

Jason, our salesman did a excellent job helping us with the design. Our first project was the master bathroom. David Garcia was our installer. He made sure we clearly understood the plan and kept us informed along the way.
We were so impressed with his work that when we decided to remodel our other two bathrooms, We specifically requested David again, and he did not disappoint! Beautiful work, made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
David and his helper Tony, were punctual every day, and always cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. We truly appreciated their professionalism and craftmanship.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER! Excessively abundant (multiple times/day) phone calls - all from their automated system, with 20+ voicemails/week left from their automated system. Not sure how they got my contact info, but there does not appear to be a way to make the calls stop.
