  I had a great experience today with my new furnace and hot water heater installation From Bigfoot Pro Service. Cory E. and Blake showed up like the HVAC version of a NASCAR pit crew. They were professional, personable, and somehow managed to work at warp speed without cutting a single corner. I’m pretty sure I asked enough questions to qualify for an apprenticeship, and they patiently answered every one without making me feel like I was slowing them down. By the time they left, everything was running perfectly. It’s rare these days to find people who combine skill, efficiency, and genuinely great customer service, but what really put them ahead was to listen to them speak so highly of their company and other employees. If you need HVAC work done and/or a hot water tank, definitely ask for Cory E. and Blake. Outstanding job, guys!

  We had 2 fantastic installers for the installation of 5 mini- spilts , very respectful and we even fed them lunch which they enjoyed😊i went to get them drinks Gave them the upmost respect for all the work they did within 2 days. I highly recommend PAT O and Zach B and bigfoot pro team for everything they accomplished. They did the work and cleaned up everything very respectful of property ,if they needed anything moved we did so and we did ask questions and got answers about the system and how to clean it. Plus they text us when they were on the way to our home both days 😊 Thank you so much from marcia and Ken Teegardin

  We hired Bigfoot Pro Services for an air duct deep cleaning, and they did an excellent job. Our home is a bit unique with 5 different levels, and the ductwork was definitely overdue for a thorough cleaning. Chris, Pat, and Jalen were all friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. They worked hard, took the time to explain everything clearly, and were respectful of our home from start to finish. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing a quality job. Everything was left clean when they finished, and we’re very happy with the service we received. We would absolutely recommend Bigfoot Pro Services!

  I had a very positive experience of having Chris, Jake,and Pat do my air duct cleaning. Upon arriving Chris introduced himself and explained everything they were going to do. When Jake and Pat arrived they made a point of introducing themselves and thanking me for choosing this company. All during the job I was kept informed of what was happening. When they had completed their work I was given a full report of what was done and shown pictures of the ducts. Chris explained everything very clearly. Up’s leaving Jake and Pat took the time to thank me again . I would recommend this company and especially Chris, Jake and Pat, they work well together.

  We chose Bigfoot Pro from a long list of top contractors in Michigan to do extensive energy savings HVAC and insulation projects to our owner occupied Duplex home. This will be completed in multiple stage process tenant and owner side. A huge thanks to Yvonne L Zach Mike L super team project management and Chris (schedule) detail long term planning. Stage 1 tenant side Thursday Coleman hybrid heat pump 97% gas central ac electrical all installed. A Navien tankless water heater completed and work is in progress on Panasonic Whisper LED bath ventilation system. Our superstar install crew Mike L Tristram Cody Calab Edan and Noah all showed up day one. They were polite knowledgeable engaged from nice to humorous. Cleaned up when done. They are returning for our owner side next week duplicate HVAC upgrades and will do insulation attic ceiling basement in an extensive multi stage process. Thank you Bigfoot from us to the Principal Owners to the skilled crew. We are so excited and appreciative to each member of the team‼️
