  Mythical-Level Service Is Real! ​If you think finding truly exceptional contractors is like finding Bigfoot... think again. Bigfoot Pro Services just wrapped up an installation at my home, and the entire experience was absolute top-tier. ​From the very start, the level of care was incredible. Associate Mike actually drove 3 hours just to meet with me in person, address my questions, and ensure the entire installation plan was set up for success. That kind of commitment is almost unheard of these days! ​The star crew for the install—Cory K. and Zach B.—handled the setup of our new dual-energy heat pump furnace, A/C unit, and heat pump hot water heater. To say they did a phenomenal job is an understatement. Cory and Zach were punctual, extraordinarily polite, and clearly take immense pride in their craftsmanship. The quality of their work is pristine. ​What stood out most was their communication. They walked me through every phase of the installation process, patiently answered every question I threw at them, and gave me a masterclass on how to operate and maintain the new systems.   Just felt like I needed to take a minute and send this stellar review for Jacob B and Rhonda in scheduling with Bigfoot Pro Services! The whole team really! (I did speak with someone else and I can’t remember her name) I appreciate it so much when a company does what it says! Jacob was knowledgeable and polite, he was helpful with a few other questions I had regarding my furnace work. I and my family are appreciative of Jacob’s work and the whole Bigfoot team! We are better off today because of them and I am grateful!

  Cory and B came out and replaced my furnace, AC, and water heater. They installed a new thermostat and fixed my basement sink as well. They did a great job and gave me a thorough explanation of the work they did and how to maintain it. If you’re looking to get work done regarding HVAC replacements or repairs, Bigfoot Pro is the way to go!

  Five stars for Bigfoot Pro Services and their technician, Matt Z! He just finished a furnace service tune-up and did an incredible job for a fantastic price. Matt walked me through everything he was doing during the visit and took the time to explain all the details once he was finished. I am 110% satisfied with his depth of knowledge and absolutely loved his fantastic attitude. The customer service here is A+ —highly recommend!

  It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to solve a problem. Our furnace and thermostat weren’t working right, and our home repair service recommended Bigfoot Pro Services. I’d never heard of them, but I’ll always remember them. The technician, Mat Z, was professionally trained and took care of our furnace, replacing the thermostat. Compared to other technicians who’ve worked on our furnace, Mat was the best. He didn’t mind me watching him work, answered any questions I had, and explained everything step by step. I really appreciated that he took the time to do this, which put my senior mind at ease knowing that Mat knew what he was doing and our furnace is ready for winter.
