  Omg I cannot say enough about this company. One of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. 2 of the most competent & knowledgeable employees came out to do my mother's insulation, through the Consumers Energy Helping Neighbors Program. The woman who called to book out appt was most pleasant & very informative. I really appreciate how everyone we've dealt with at that company KNOWS their job. Very rare nowadays. CE had originally sent Seal Tech & they were the COMPLETE opposite of this company. Wish they would've sent Bigfoot to begin with. We highly recommend this company. Completely honest, fair & highly knowledgeable. They hire nothing but quality employees. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism. 5 star all the way!

  Tistram and Ian came out today and installed my new furnace and a/c. They were polite professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I love that they took the time to show me all the work,answer all my questions and show me how to use the new thermostat, a/c and furnace. Also, shout out to Damon who came out to perform the service yesterday and set up the replacement for us today. Overall 5 out of 5 service from Bigfoot 100% do recommend.

  I had my second service by Bigfoot today and I’m once again totally satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service. From their front desk to them completing the service call I could not have hoped for more. Jacob performed the service today. Totally prepared, on time and was upbeat and personable. He went above and beyond with his time and even reached out to his previous mentor with a question that he had about the job. 5 stars to this company through and through. Thank you Bigfoot for implementing a great company!

  Big foot pro service Jalen and Pat where amazing i did not even no they where here. They were so professional did there job with the upmost respect. There where customs too so they no what there doing. Thank you for fixing my house so I can save some money on heat and ac cant complain the bill was 0.. Never expected anything from them but they did it twice and fight for me to get a new furnace and hot water heater. No complaints here 10 stars

  Todd and Hakeem were absolutely amazing! They installed my new furnace and hot water heater, and although the project took several hours, they remained professional, patient, kind, and understanding from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It was truly a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company and especially Todd and Hakeem for their outstanding service!
