  Worse service ever I made apt and they kept canceling on me with in 1 hour of the appointment window and there super rude * and not to.metion i about a hour and half away from there office when they did put the furnacein they had to run back to therr shop tou get parts *whenever you call them now I need to.get a inspection *after 6 months * so.i set up.a time weeks ago for Aug 10th now they called me asking what dau in Aug do.i want it to.be and when I said I already set up.a time they said well my.coworket never told me I think they need to re train the workers so the stop.this guessing game VERY UNPLEASANT STAFF AND VERY RUDE if I could I would give them 1 star

  I am very thankful and blessed that I received a special grant through the DOE and the State of Michigan. The company that did the work was Bigfoot Pro Services of Flushing MI, in March 2026. They were very thorough in the process from start to finish, by way of text and phone calls. I would like to give a special thanks to Mike the Project Foreman, as well as Team members Austin, Tristram, and Cody. Also special thanks to Mike T and Jared that did an excellent job blowing insulation in my attic space. Thank you very much to them and Bigfoot Pro Services. You are very much appreciated!

  Bigfoot Pro Services did an outstanding job replacing my A/C and furnace. They arrived earlier than expected, were extremely professional, and completed the installation efficiently. The crew, Tristram and Ian, took the time to explain everything, worked carefully, and left the work area spotless when they were finished. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in both the quality of their work and their customer service. I highly recommend Bigfoot Pro Services to anyone needing HVAC installation or service.

  As much as I wanted to leave a positive review, I simply can’t based on my experience. Earlier today, I received a text message confirming that a technician would be coming to repair my AC unit. I waited for several hours without any updates, arrival notification, or communication. When I finally called to check on the status, I was told my appointment was actually scheduled for tomorrow—even though the confirmation text I received clearly stated it was for today. Unfortunately, this means my children and I now have to spend another night in an 80-degree house. I also can’t have the technician come tomorrow because I have to work. I was then told they could still come out today, but only if I paid a $150 after-hours service fee. I don’t think it’s reasonable to charge a customer an additional fee when the company confirmed the appointment for today and then failed to show or communicate the scheduling error. I’ve attached a screenshot of the appointment confirmation text for reference. At this point, I’m back to square one—stuck in an 80-degree house after waiting around for an appointment that never happened, and now I have to find another company that can come out on a different day. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

  Word can't really express how disappointed I am with this company. I am a flint resident that was approved as a part of the MIHER Assessment program. I contacted Big Foot Pro Services because they were listed on the STATE WEBSITE as a reputable company and one that works specifically with the MIHER program. I waited WEEKS to be added to their waitlist just for a simple assessment. They finally reached back out to get my assessment scheduled next week on Thursday, today BIG FOOT decided to send out an automated mass text, not an actual sincere phone call with an apology to inform me that my appointment was canceled with no real reason why. I am so upset. I called to speak to someone to gain more answers as to what was going on and continued to get bounced around. Alison, who is supposed to be over the MIHER program through Big Foot didn't answer the phone or respond to my text message. This is NOT how you should handle people. It was so unprofessional, inconsiderate, and callous. I cannot believe this is how you guys handle people that were depending on your service. You're terrible.
