  I received service from a very nice gentleman name Darren that untimely cost me a lot more money than it should have. All he needed to do was change out a spout in my bathroom that caused a small leak in my kitchen that had a slow drip for 2 days before he came out. It was not leaking the day he came due to not using the shower once I figured out that was the problem. I was told he would puncture my ceiling to confirm the leak instead he cut a giant square in my ceiling after inspecting the bathroom and saying it’s very possible that’s where the leak is coming from. After turning the water on clearly acknowledging that was the cost of the leak he told me just to be sure he would need to puncture it not cut a giant hole in my ceiling then say I don’t do the drywall you’ll have to call back for that. I’m not plumber, but I knew what the leak was and you I guess pretended as if it wasn’t that after clear evidence once you turned on the water and it started leaking it was. You cut a giant hole in my kitchen bigger than it needed to be just to charge me an extra hundred dollars then tell me to call someone else to fix it. Being the professional once you saw the leak clearly came from the spout in the tub you should have replaced that first before assuming it could be something else cutting out a giant hole in my ceiling then replacing the spout and finding out that was the only problem. I called back that day and for a week and left message for the manager to call me back. One gentleman that I had spoken to several times checked and stated that he hasn’t even attempted to call me back yet despite leaving several messages. I tried again Monday morning which was today and was on hold until he was available. Very polite man but just talked around me and gave excuses as to why he cut the hole bigger than need be when he told me that he was going to puncture the ceiling not cut out my drywall then recommend a company they work with after talking with the manager. Ok, that was well played. That’s not how you build long term customers or get recommendations. That’s how you get a bad review and future services for your competitors. I guess instead of helping your customers and doing the job that is required you create work to charge more money. I guess everyone isn’t honest working people. I have to remember that everyone that seems nice are not godly or even honest. I’ll know better next time.
