  They left the water on when they cleaned out my lines. But was very nice on the phone and compensated me with a full refund. That's customer service! And deserve five stars.

  I'd like to start first off with the fact that this company was very prompt to get someone out same day. The technician I dealt with was Juston, as I have an older home right off the bat we encountered a problem with the fact that my house has a bad ground. He tried to use his inverter to no fault of his own it was down he was going to have to come back the next day with a generator. With a job that had taken much longer than expected there was some scheduling difficulties however he was able to accommodate me with services today on a Saturday with a generator lugging all of his equipment downstairs to the basement only to have to bring it right back upstairs to access the pipe from a different point in the home. Thus far the blockage is gone and everything seems to be working as it should, Juston was very knowledgeable, extremely cordial, professional and efficient. I appreciate his time very much especially considering the extra hassle it took for him to be able to perform this task again due to no fault of his own but the equipment failures of my home. Nonetheless the charge was still the same no extra fees even considering the extra hassle. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
