  Brian and Justin from flint store came out to our property gave an honest assessment and came up with two solutions and gave boss man the option of what he wanted to choose and we ended up going with brand new door and hardware and installation for much less than the other option of just repairing the existing door- we appreciate your honesty and customer service skills are great thanks guys🇺🇸

  Cole from Dover was fantastic, he assessed my garage door situation, was knowledgeable ( very) about the solutions available and was instrumental in my finding a garage door perfect for my house. It is not only high quality and low maintenance, it’s gorgeous. Drake King and R. Austin S the installers were skilled, the installation was smooth and they took the existing door with them. They went above and beyond post installation assisting me with troubleshooting my wifi connection to my garage door opener. They got it done and left me with an installation that was perfect and trouble free thanks guys.

  I called Dover in kind of a panic due to my garage door not working. The first person I talked to was nice as could be and told me not to worry, we’ll get you taken care of. I explained the problem, she was cool as the other side of the pillow, I can have someone out today and a couple hrs. later, Austin Stover called and said he was on his way. Austin was extremely respectful, nice and most importantly, professional. He checked my door, showed me what possibly happened made his recommendations, no pressure at all but explained what would be best and when he was done, I was impressed and let him go to work. Approx. 1 hr later he was done and fully explained what he had done and how things would work. Dover has a Gold brick in both the lady who I had first contact with through Austin. Dover and Austin are #1 in garage doors and I’m having them come back to repair my front door. You can’t go wrong calling Dover.

  I called Dover Doors at 8:30 in the morning and talked to Jennifer A. Our garage door had a catch in one of the rails as it was coming down. At times it prevented the garage door from closing. She said that we would have a technician arriving between 10:00 and 12:00. He would call before arriving. At 10:00 I received a call from Adam S. to let me know he would be there within a half hour. He arrived within that time period. He assessed the issue with the garage door. He adjusted and cleaned out the rails and changed a part that wasn’t working correctly. He explained what was happening before he did the work and then again with everything that he did after it was completed. I was very pleased with how quickly they had someone at our house and how quickly it was fixed. It was a great experience.
