  Jesse installed a Leak Defense system at our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every aspect of this device in great detail. He was professional and courteous and answered all questions. I appreciated having him manage this job!

  Day before my big Fourth of July barbecue my toilet starts leaking into the basement. I panic and call the first number I find after realizing my other plumber was closed for the holiday. I called at around nine in the morning and Mike R was here around noon. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained to me everything that he was doing, what the problem was, and what to do moving forward. He was fast, clean, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend utilizing Paradigm Plumbing, especially if you have an emergency that requires same-day service. Thank you so much, Mike R! I hope you have a nice holiday weekend!

  Jesse from Paradigm Plumbing in Ferndale came and I had quite a list of plumbing issues for him. Jessie fixed them all! He answered all my questions clearly and showed me what he was going to do with each to correct the problem. He works hard and doesn’t waste any time, answering my questions as he worked. He explained some larger jobs I asked about connected to doing work out on two outdoor faucet issues where he would have to cut into walls inside the house. He explained clearly how it would be done accepted my “We’ll have to wait on that.” in a very positive way. I certainly recommend Paradigm Plumbing for quickly scheduling me and for Jesse’s workmanship.

  Paradigm Plumbing came through for a weekend bathroom leak that threatened to ruin my week. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, and text confirmations showed the plumber's photo and anticipated arrival time. Sam, our serviceman, respectfully popped boot covers on to spare the floors. He diagnosed the suspected issue for the leak and confirmed it wasn't the toilet, then provided two possible culprits. He took care of the caulking after triaging the situation. Throughout, he was openly communicative, respectful, and very friendly. He allayed my anxiety about a possibly pricy repair or cutting open the wall. The prices were very fair ($69 for a callout) and the time to arrival can't be beat. Sam's a kind professional who showed great care for his work and making sure I understood my options. We'll definitely make use of Paradigm Plumbing in the future.
