    Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient technician. DJ did a great job during our routine A/C maintenance. He thoroughly cleaned, inspected and made sure our unit was running efficiently.

    Had a major power surge from DTE to my home. Part of my furnace stopped. Called First Choice and they were out quickly and diagnosed the issue. Their pricing for fixing it was very fair. Took a bit to get the part in as they haf to order it. They were pros, I am back up and running, ac working, and so happy. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company to anyone in the area. They are fantastic!

    It was a great experience. Our AC quit on one of the hottest days of the year. They were friendly and fast. Faster than I expected, I would absolutely not hesitate to call them again or refer them to a friend. The technician was very professional and polite.

    I gave one star because I couldn’t give a zero. This place has the worst customer service. The service manager was cussing me out over the phone because their tech fried my air conditioner unit. Called them out for a leak in the condensation drain pan in the furnace. Paid for an emergency visit call and tech came out and hardly even touched the area that was leaking. He then proceeded to go outside where the leak wasn’t at and start taking apart my ac unit. Next thing I know he’s pulling wires off of everything and hooking gauges up to it. I feel all he really wanted to do was sell us a new unit. He then puts a clean out hole on our drain pipe on back of furnace. He then tells me that he thinks the leak is fixed. Then the tech looks at me and says. “ I’m going to write it on the service report that you need a new capacitor even though you really don’t need one so I don’t have to charge you for the clean out I put on your drain. “A day later and still leaking and making a weird sound. We shut it off. Called them back and requested a new tech. New tech came out and found that the drain pipe coming out of drain pan was extremely loose and only held in by a thread. He then told me he cannot believe that the first tech didn’t look at this and fixed it at no cost. He never even had us turn ac on even when asked he also said in no way the capacitor was bad or leaking. A few days later we turn ac back on and after a little while noticed the fan not working on ac unit. Called them back and they wanted to charge me another emergency service call. Then the service manager got loud with me so I got a little loud back and she said she would have her manager call me. He called me and immediately went crazy on me saying that it wasn’t their fault and would have to charge me again. I then told him about the lying tech and everything that happened. He started using cuss words towards me and told me he would refund the original charge and for us to find a new company. Meanwhile this hack of a company burned up my ac unit costing me thousands of dollars. I’m pretty sure first tech broke a wire or something on the unit causing it to stop. Response to owner. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS GUY!! This owner is total lies. It’s sad in today’s world that an owner Harasses a paying customer! I was never rude with them they have been on the offensive the whole time. When calling today the female service started right off acting like I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. I was never verbally abusive to her I was simple asking how they were going to prove it was their fault or not to justify paying another $189 service call. She couldn’t give me any answer or any kind of way they could possibly prove it. All she did was try to over talk me and tell me I was wrong to the point she had to call her supervisor. I’m sorry that this company has a so called “service manager” that can’t answer simple questions. Once her manager called me he immediately jumped down my throat saying i verbally abused his service manager didn’t even give me time to respond. I’m sorry for this owner as he has lost control of his employees and has no clue what his techs are actually doing in the field. The first tech even told me how mad his boss would be if he knew that he told me how to change the capacitor when it was time to change. Again tech told me it was a little weak but didn’t really need changing. Second tech also verified that the capacitor would have no way caused a leak and first tech had no reason being outside checking that issue when the problem was clearly inside at the furnace. I honestly can’t believe this company hires this bad of techs that miss diagnosis such a simple fix and cause this many problems. And remember this company installed our furnace a few years ago so we have had previous relationships and have had no other problems. This is a issue of a company messing up and not taking accountability for their mistakes. The owner also only reply’s to review as he doesn’t care about talking to the customer. DO NOT USE THEM!!

    Do NOT use this company. We called them out to fix a leaking condensate drain pan. The first technician did not resolve the issue. Instead, he connected diagnostic equipment, told us everything looked fine, took apart some of the wiring on our air conditioner, and claimed the capacitor was the problem. He also installed a cleanout on the PVC drain line, flushed it, and said the issue was fixed. After turning the air off after he left, it was still leaking. The company sent a second technician, who quickly found that the PVC pipe was loose where it connected to the drain pan. He repaired it, tested the system, and confirmed there were no more leaks. He even stated that he wasn’t sure why the first technician had been testing the air conditioner itself since that wasn’t related to the original problem. Today, when we turned the air conditioner on, it would not run at all. The only thing that had been changed was the work performed by the first technician, who had removed wiring from the unit. Prior to that visit, the air conditioner was functioning. When we called the after-hours line for help, they wanted to charge us another $189 service fee, even though the problem appeared to have started after their technician worked on the unit. Rather than taking responsibility or sending someone out to correct the issue, they offered a refund and told us to call another company. Very disappointing experience. We contacted them for a simple leak repair and ended up with a non-working air conditioner. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company Responding to the owners comment do not believe anything this guy says. It’s all lies and the second tech that came out said it had nothing to do with the capacitor and could not believe the other tech did not check the drain. The first tech said he wasn’t going to charge us any service fees for what he did for putting a drain clean out on our pipe he said don’t tell the company I’m doing this. I asked him if he wanted me to run the ac to see if the leak was fixed and he said there was no need too. I am only going to charge you the $189. The second tech came out and didn’t charge us because they didn’t fix the original issue of the water leak. The service manager was verbally abusive to my husband and was cussing him out on the phone. Who does this as a company. Do NOT recommend!! Also the second tech did not observe the leak as the air conditioner had been off for a few days. We even asked him if we needed to run it and he also said no. If you go into a service call for a leak wouldn’t it be standard practice to test it before leaving the site to see if it leaks again!!! I don’t care if it was on the service report about a capacitor the second tech said it wasn’t running low enough to be of a concern. Oh by the way your first tech even showed us how to change out the capacitor so we didn’t have to pay your company more money 😂 Obviously your techs aren’t trust worthy and are doing stuff behind your back. Also the repair you recommended wouldn’t have fixed the leak because your second tech used water to fill the drain pan and it wasn’t leaking which the capacitor had nothing to do with. This company likes to put things on their invoice just to cover their butt If something doesn’t go their way. Stay CLEAR!!
