Initial inspection, quote, material choice, delivery and installation was performed seamlessly. I was extremely impressed with the initial inspection which drove every subsequent step - no surprises.   We felt comforted knowing it was a family owned company, had them out a while ago to check on a small siding issue and they knew exactly what to do! They made sure we were involved in the whole process, but took care of things professionally. Planning to have them inspect our roof soon as well. Highly recommend them!!

  We cannot recommend Best Choice Total Home Improvement enough. From the initial conversations to final execution, Andrew could not have been kinder, more informative and even more helpful. We opted to get our roof done in January because we needed it done quickly and they were able to do it, not only within a short time frame, but actually finished during a sudden winter blizzard. That's how dedicated the team was! We couldn't be more grateful. Additionally, Andrew did some extra work for us and also discovered a hole in our fascia board after coming back to do a final walkthrough. He happened to have a piece of flashing in his vehicle, so he went back up on the roof and created a temporary fix for us. Talk about going above and beyond. From his professional demeanor, his and the team's hard work, and very competitive pricing from Best Choice, we couldn't be happier with our new roof. We highly, highly, highly recommend, Best Choice.Total Home Improvement. My only regret is that I didn't write this review sooner!

  Andrew came to my house to provide an estimate for my siding and gutters. He was so personable and went above and beyond. He was informative and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions with honesty and patience. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
