  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using Thornton & Grooms for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Mason was especially helpful—he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about doing a great job. I highly recommend Mason and/at Thornton & Grooms to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service!

  The technician for our furnace was great, polite, and courteous. Explained everything in clear terms including demonstrating instructions for self clean steps. Only knock on T&G is everything is their scheduling and dispatching. They rescheduled our previous appointment without informing us, wasting an entire day waiting at home. Then on the rescheduled day, kept moving our window because we didn't immediately respond back.

  Jared and his assistant provided outstanding service. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to diagnose the plumbing issue properly, answer all of my questions, and clearly explain what needed to be done. They installed a backwater valve to help prevent future backups and also identified and corrected plumbing work previously done by another plumber that was not up to code. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the time they spent making sure everything was done correctly and safely. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Jared and his assistant. They were knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and professional. Definitely 5-star service, and I would highly recommend them and Thornton & Grooms!

  Matthew is absolutely fantastic — my go-to plumber! I always feel lucky when Matthew is the technician who shows up for a job at my house. He’s come out multiple times now through Thornton Plumbing, and every single visit has been a great experience. He’s thorough, professional, and takes the time to walk me through exactly what’s going on and what he’s doing, so I never feel left in the dark. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you use Thornton, ask for Matthew!

  Recently, I had some minor/major but timely plumbing work performed by Thornton & Grooms. I called them to repair a water leak dripping from the ceiling of my home. Unforturnately the leak was coming through the drywall. The technician was able to locate and identify the problem almost immediately. He unfortunately had to cut through the drywall of the ceiling to get to the root cause of the problem, which was a leaky copper pipe. He removed the leaking pipe/fitting, then installed a new copper pipe/fitting. Lucky for me this minor repair prevented what could have been major disaster. Then the technician suggested to take a look at my water heater since he was already here. To my surprise my drain pan under my water heater was filled with water. Not good! Solutions were suggested and repairs done. The pressure safety relief valve, and my water heater drain valve were replaced, and since my water heater was due for an annual flush, that was done as well. On a side note this was my first time using Thornton & Grooms for my plumbing needs. Lucky for me, the technician I had, had over 26 years' experience. He was good, very good, he was very very detailed identifying any plumbing problems and always offering up solutions to resolve them. So let me end by recognizing my technician, Tony P. for the quality work he did in my home. Please know he was truly appreciated.
