Technician, Henry, did a great job. He took time to explain what was done and answered my questions so that I could understand.

You know how it is when you own a house and try doing stuff on your own to save a few bucks - and then realize just how much you don't really understand? That was me with my reverse osmosis (RO) setup. It stopped working at some point and I actually did okay with all the tubes and filters and tanks and knobs and managed to avoid flooding the house when I tried to get water flowing again, but it became abundantly clear that this was a job for the real pros. Reynolds Water Conditioning was on it - they got me setup with an appointment fast - and then Mark came out to crush the repair. Our drinking water is flowing strong now - clean - and I'm glad I didn'tspend any more time trying to fix it myself. It's... drinking water. Not the kind of thing I want to get wrong. Now we can fill our glasses (and dog bowl) with confidence. Thanks, Mark and Reynolds Water Conditioning!

Most of my family trusts Reynold’s to assure clean water. From water softeners, reverse osmosis, water tests and scheduled maintenance, this company is knowledgeable. The technicians are super nice and professional as well.

I have been a Reynolds customer for more than 10 years. In the past, Reynolds stood out for its exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and high-quality water treatment systems. Both the office staff and field technicians were professional, experienced, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, my recent experience suggests that the company has changed significantly, whether through new ownership or management. Many of the experienced technicians appear to be gone, and the company's priorities seem to have shifted from customer service to sales and profit generation. Several years ago, Reynolds installed a rust-prevention system for my irrigation sprinkler system. Recently, the pump began to fail, and I decided to purchase a 30-gallon tank (same manufacturer) and a replacement pump (the exact same brand and model series). I contacted Reynolds and requested a technician to replace the existing pump and tank with the new equipment. The technician who arrived was unable to complete what should have been a straightforward installation. In addition, one of the connections he installed leaked, resulting in a water puddle on my basement floor. After spending approximately two hours on the job, he left and advised me to contact the office and request a more experienced technician who was familiar with this type of pump. When I contacted the office, I was informed that Reynolds would not assist with the installation because I had not purchased the equipment directly from them. In other words, despite already owning the exact equipment needed, the company was unwilling to provide installation support unless I repurchased the same items through Reynolds—presumably at a significantly higher cost. What I found most disappointing was that Reynolds first sent a technician who lacked the expertise to perform the installation and then refused to provide appropriate support unless additional equipment was purchased from them. This approach feels less focused on serving long-term customers and more focused on generating additional sales. After more than a decade as a loyal customer, this experience has left me questioning whether Reynolds is still the company it once was. As a result, I will be looking for another provider to service and maintain my water treatment systems going forward.

We purchased Reynolds Clear Stream Iron Filter 6 years ago this month. All the information they provided us with says MAINTENANCE FREE and we were told to expect it to last 10 yrs.(if not longer) for our 2 person household. I would call replacing the media a major maintenance project! There is nothing in their hand outs ( or on line) that mentions the media, it's average life span and that it has no warranty. Our filter is beginning to fail and I have been informed that to replace the media will cost over $1000! We have paid $240 for yearly maintenance so the system is not maintenance free. Given this false claim we feel blindsided by this major expense. Reynolds provided me with a clarification of their maintenance free statement and a $219 credit toward our rust filter rebed. They also replaced the "post filter". Total cost $1235.60. Henry provided professional, knowledgeable service, offering tips on maintenance. Was very happy with the process.
