  While I find $219 to be very steep just for a tech to walk in our door, Eric was super friendly and efficient and a testament to Reynolds, which has serviced our home for years.

  I am very satisfied with the service that Reynolds Water Conditioning provides for my water equipment installation and maintenance. Their technicians service my equipment professionally, and they always clean up when they are finished. Once a year, a technician changes the filters on my reverse osmosis system, checks and cleans the filters on my water‑conditioning equipment, and tests my drinking water for iron and arsenic. I highly recommend Reynolds Water Conditioning for your drinking water needs.

  Jalen came out for the annual servicing of our water conditioning system. He generously and patiently walked us through how to use the system, maintenance schedules, and things to watch out for. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Reader, I hope for your sake that he is your specialist today :)

  I'm 70 years old, and I've never had a better experience with a company than I have at Reynolds. I had a salesman, Lou, come out last Wednesday and talk to me about a water conditioning system, which I had never looked into before. He was friendly and great, he tested my water and sat down and explained the results of that, which was actually consistent with the water reports I've gotten from my city. I knew that my water was already quite safe and he didn't try to make it look like it wasn't good. He knew I was having issues with the chlorine, so we discussed how mine was in a safe range, but I really needed all of the chlorine out. Lou explained that the chlorine is needed to keep bacteria down, but once the water comes into your house it's no longer needed. He recommended a system which was the best one for my needs. I had no idea what one of these systems would cost or anything about it really, but I was pleased with the price and the warranty. No sales pitch, he didn't even ask me what I thought I wanted to do, he just said think about it and gave me all the information. I was ready to commit, though, especially when he told me about an in-house 6 months same as cash financing plan, which I decided to take advantage of. The appointment was made for today, August 5, 2026, so I only had to wait a week. The gal in the office contacted me the same day that I saw Lou and got me the contract for the financing and everything was quick and easy. Every person I talked to was friendly, relaxed and terrific. That also goes for Jalen, my technician, who came out and did the install perfectly, professionally, and cheerfully. I'm actually kind of blown away by this company. When they made appointments for Lou and Jalen, they sent pictures of them ahead of time and kept me in the loop as far as timing and everything else that went into this project. If you are at all interested in exploring a water system, I don't know why you would even look anywhere else. When Claude (AI) looked up the reviews of water companies for me, it noted that it's rare to see that many people review a place and almost all of them are five stars.
