  The staff on the phone was very friendly and helped us how to treat our water since she was unable to schedule in few days. The technician, named Branden was also very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot by answering my all concerns and questions very clearly. The Reynolds company must be very lucky to have such an employee. I would highly recommend Reynolds and their staff for your needs.

  I am a new Customer and having ongoing issues. Had an Reverse Osmosis system hooked up for my fridge and drinking water. 4 days later my ceiling tiles in the basement are falling down as it's been leaking for 4 days. No sense of urgency on their part. No manager called me back so after a couple of hours I was told maybe in a couple of additional hours someone could be there. Meanwhile I shut the system down myself. Once they do show up the tech says he is not sure where the leak is coming from. I talked to the office manager and I was told I had to wait until next Thursday (6 days) until they could get the tech out that actually did the work. In what world is this ok? There is nobody there that is qualified to determine if his work was done correctly? Now I'm going to let this guy tell me that he did nothing wrong and the leak just appeared? The ice maker and the water from the fridge has never been hooked up, it's brand new, never been used. He hooks it up and now it leaks for 4 days and has caused thousands in damage to my basement in cleanup and ceiling repairs. Also additional mold issues clearly. 24-48 hours is all it takes for mold to start but I'm supposed to wait a week basically. I also looked up the information on filing a claim and was told to get their insurance information. They refused to provide that to me. They said they don't know the real cause and it could be my fridge malfunctioning (not the case). So until they get their tech out to my home next week we won't know anything. If I want to file a claim I will have to go to my insurance company first. The mere fact that they won't even tell me who the carrier is so I can give that information to my adjuster says it all. I will continue to beat this issue home and will provide updates with each of my interactions moving forward. I'm a new customer under contract and am ending this deal as soon as these buffoons fix what they've damaged in my home. The tech that showed up Friday wanted nothing to do with being at my home or fixing the other guys issue. That is a shame where an employee can wash his hands of the situation. The company should stand by their work. I asked their office manager who is going to look at it if their worker quits over the weekend. The idea that only that person is capable to determine what is wrong proves they have no idea how to run their business or what they are doing. Shouldn't any professional on their staff be able to fix this issue? If I could give them zero stars I would. Negative Stars would be more appropriate.

  April the sales person was so knowledgeable. She returned my call and scheduled for the replacement softener we needed. Kyle the service man came on time. He was very neat and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with Reynolds. We bought our original water softener 20 years ago from the same company. They stand behind their work.

  I have used Reynolds over a long period of time and they are still as professional and courteous and thorough as they were the first time. Maybe even better. Fast response to give me a price. And even quicker response to get the installation done. With even help on other items. I will always continue to use them where they can help me.

  Service call happened during the 2 hour window as planned. Jalen contacted me when he was on his way. He is very professional and explained things clearly, answering my questions and giving helpful advice about the water softener. A very positive experience!
