  Daylan Teets And his install team displayed their world class expertise and neatness, evident by these photos. The install was top notch, which began with the excellent presentation from advisor Eric Henry. He convinced us that Randazzo was the direction to go for heating and cooling. He was right. We are happy with our new systems.

  Doug was efficient about his work. Cleaned up afterwards, provided instructions about the new thermostat. I would recommend Doug & Randazzo…. Lennox not so much. When the original thermostat crapped out 3 months after its shortened warranty with a known problem (known to Lennox)they refused to stand behind their name.

  Randazzo Heating and Cooling is an excellent company to hire for A/C and Furnace maintenance and installation. Their employees are very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Owen LeVangie and Aidan Waelchli are among their excellent installers. My sales agent, Jordan Tranchida and office workers are also the best. Give them a try.   Sam Speed was very professional, personable and knowledgeable! He recognized the problem with my furnace right away, and was able to fix the problem by pressing a button (which reset the GFI). I highly recommend this technician! I asked why the person on the phone didn’t suggest this, and he said I may have been talking to a sophisticated AI system. We’ve been sitting here without heat for approximately 10 days, waiting for someone to fix my furnace. Little did we know that it was such a simple, one button fix! I think companies should get rid of AI systems and start hiring humans again, as AI customer service is beyond horrible and cannot provide adequate help (especially in situations like this, when temperatures drop and there is not heat).
