  Called and received service next morning for our a/c system problem during a heat wave! Call taker (I’m sorry, I cannot recall her name) that booked the appointment has amazing customer service skills and was super friendly. Colin Wilson was our technician. He was on time for the appointment, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and had our a/c fixed in less than an hour. My husband and I were fearful that we were going to have a huge unexpected financial burden as soon as the a/c broke, but Colin fixed the issue and offered us advice on preventative maintenance to hopefully avoid the same issue again. The part that he replaced came with a one year warranty from Randazzo. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Randazzo. Thank you!

  Randazzo did a great job with my AC repair. This was on a 4 year old unit that was installed by a company that Randazzo bought out. Randazzo treated me extremely fairly. It took 3 separate visits with 3 different servicemen to figure out what was causing the AC to fail. And, they didn’t make me wait weeks in between visits, even in the record high heat when they were overwhelmingly busy. They came out Friday, then Monday and then Tuesday. I paid for one visit and they kept going with no extra service call charge which I appreciated! On Tuesday Earl was my technician and he was awesome! He knew immediately what hadn’t yet been addressed with repairs and went straight to fixing the problem. .Very happy with the service provided by Randazzo and the 3 different techs who worked on our repairs ( especially Earl).

  For a quote/estimate from John at Randazzo heating and cooling on a new air conditioner unit along with 4 other companies in our area. Each one gave only one option whereas John gave me 4. All companies gave same brand, Lennox and were all in the same price range (from 900 less to 1000 over ) but I chose Randazzo who went above and beyond with the 4. John did not try selling his product (gave me the facts on what I wanted and told me to get the other estimates before deciding. He did not know, at the time, that’s what got the sell. Dominic and Travis came out on Friday 26 June, scheduled so to make sure we were comfortable before the heatwave started. Given a time of 8-9 am the promptly arrived at 830 or so, greeting me with smiles. They were both very polite and while T axis accessed the work areas Dominic explained exactly what would be done (al. They worked tirelessly removing my heavy equipment being in theirs. I normally sit with workers inside but I felt comfortable with them in the area (basement) without hovering over them. The work took approximately 4 1/2 hours (we had the original A/C system in our house). Dominic and Travis worked together effortlessly and got it done. Dominic after completing the installation, went over everything again ensuring no further questions and showed me exactly what was done. I am thrilled with the work done and will not hesitate to call Randazzo for future work. Thank you Randazzo for having such skilled technicians. Love my new A/C, just in time for today’s (Sunday’s high 80s and the remainder of week’s heatwave)

  I called to get a quote on a new water heater and got an appointment through their AI bot. Time window was between 10 and 2. 2 o’clock rolls around and nothing, crickets. Called again and finally got through to a human who let me know they were running a bit late. Ok, fine, timely communication would have been nice but whatever. Tech comes, gives me a quote that I ok and tells me that the office willl be in touch to set up a day and time for the install. I didn’t hear anything for a couple of days so I called yet again and got the bot. After finally getting through to a human, she says she’ll transfer me to the installation team. I get transferred and get the bot again prompting me to wait for a callback. I decided to hang up instead since it seems that I was just getting the runaround. Still haven’t heard back 4 days later. Needless to say I’ve already contacted another company. Disappointing since they installed a new HVAC system last year. Not sure what happened to their customer service since then but I will not be contacting them again.

  The team at Randazzo HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing installed a furnace and A/C in one day, from the start larry their salesman who do the free estimates from measureing and sizing the former systems to the placement of the new ones to be installed, he was able to see what was needed, very honest and upfront willing to answer question after question one being what the installers will do step by step, one more question was will the quote be in an email or text, larry proceeded to a machine he carried in with him and pushed a button and printed out the (7) quotes on a color cardboard front and back sizeable to read, that's tcb, making the process easy for their customers, I was impressed by their warranties, 10 year parts, 10 year labor plus handle the permits and clean up and dispose of the old equipment making this a smooth process, next was their financing department followed by an installation date, on that day, they text pictures of their team and a link in real time to see their arrival time, (3) technicians Dennis, Paul and Keelan all of them were polite, courteous well informed about the work to be performed, explaining the process step by step on how to operate the machinery and maintain them the right way for years to come, thanks again Randazzo HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
