  Sam Speed arrived at our home for our A/C Maintenance this afternoon. He performed our 1st A/C Maintenance Appointment/Check, he was very thorough and answered all the questions I had with complete detail. I am extremely satisfied with your Maintenance Technician.   Adam, our estimator, and Benjamin, our technician from Randazzo, did an outstanding job with our air conditioning installation. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood all of our options without any pressure. Benjamin did excellent work on the installation and was courteous, efficient, and very thorough. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we’re extremely happy with the new AC system. Highly recommend Adam, Benjamin, and Randazzo for their great service!

  Addison was the technician who performed the annual inspection and service on my furnace, humidifier, AC and generator today. He did an outstanding job. He was neat and tidy and was respectful of my property. I particularly appreciated the great care he took in cleaning the pump and line from the furnace and explained to me how I can and should keep it clean and clear with chlorox or vinegar followed by hot water every 2-3 mos. Addison has an excellent work ethic and is a very likeable guy. Kudos to Randazzo.

  Damien was our service technician. He was very nice, timely, and professional. However, my father said he paid over $300 for a service (I never received the invoice, so I'm not sure what it was for). Anyway, we were told that it would fix our cooling issue, but it has been over a month and we're still having the same issue. It is 80 degrees fahrenheit outside (according to the weather channel it feels like 82 degrees fahrenheit). There is no way my house should be 79 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature has increased four degrees since I got home from work at 3pm. It is now 7:30pm.
