  I had to get my exhaust pipe replaced for my furnace from outside. Dan came to replace it. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. After he completed the install he cleaned up everything spotless. If I will ever need anything else repaired or just maintenance done I hope he would be the person. If I could give more points I would. One very satisfied customer.

  We just had a complete HVAC system installed by Randazzo heating and cooling and the entire experience was fantastic. From the initial quote with Brent who clearly explained our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The quick next day installation. The crew was top-notch. Ryan and Travis showed up on time, were very professional they kept the work area clean and worked all day to install our new Lennox hvac system. They walked us through how to use our new thermostat and system features before leaving. Our home has never felt more comfortable and quiet. I Highly recommend Randazzo they are 5 stars hands down.

  The 3 gentlemen that came out to my home were all very professional. They treated my family & I with courtesy and respect. When we asked them to notify us before turning off our gas and electricity they did so. They did not leave any trash behind after the job was complete and made sure that all was understood during the walk thru.

  I am very disappointed with the service I received today from Randazzo on my 2.5 year old furnace and a/c system. I received an error message when I turn on the heat for the season. I called for service and a technician was sent out to investigate. I was told the unit was under warranty but there would be a service charge if there was evidence of physical damage or misuse. The technician confirmed the error message on arrival but was unable to identify the cause. When he hooked up his equipment the furnace starts to work??? Since he didn’t find an issue, I had to pay $95 for the service call. Seems very suspicious and a way to get customers to pay extra money. The furnace is only warranty if they repair or change a part. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB on this suspicious business practice. Also, I was informed of a 2.5% processing fee for credit card payments but when I offered to pay in cash, I was told he had no change.

  Exceptional service from Geoffrey and his team! They installed our new furnace and AC, kept us informed, and showed us how to use the new thermostat and system. There were a couple of differences between what the salesperson promised and the final setup (flushing the AC line instead of replacing it, and not needing a new circuit breaker after all). Additionally, the salesperson said the furnace would draw air from both the side and bottom, but it was initially installed drawing only from the side. However, as soon as I pointed this out during my walkthrough, Geoffrey immediately called his manager and set up a time to come back and make it right. I really appreciate Geoffrey’s responsiveness and commitment to getting the job done right!
