  We’ve had a great experience with Pleasant Flooring and I can’t recommend them enough! We first worked with them in early 2025 when they installed hardwood flooring on our main level, and have since used them for carpeting upstairs and most recently, vinyl flooring in our basement. They’ve done a fantastic job on all three projects. One thing that really stood out to me from the beginning was that Andrew, the owner, came out himself to take measurements and put together our original quote. I really appreciated that, especially from a locally owned small business. Andrew has been great to work with ever since. He’s easy to talk to, communication has always been excellent, they have a great selection, and their pricing is very fair. The other thing worth mentioning is the quality of their installers. We’ve been really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project. The hardwood installation in particular was outstanding, and even a year and a half later, I’m still impressed with how well it turned out. Pleasant Flooring has consistently delivered excellent service and quality workmanship across every project we’ve hired them for. It’s a great local business that I would gladly recommend to anyone considering new flooring. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Andrew and his team again!

  Andrew and his team are exceptional. We had multiple delays in our remodeling project and Andrew was very patient on rescheduling our install for the floors. During installation a small issue arose and Dave his installer fixed it without question. Would recommend to anyone and will use again in the future

  We were so happy that we chose Pleasant Flooring for our carpet replacement project. Todd gave us a great price on the COREtec LVP flooring that we chose and kept us updated on the status of the order. The installation crew did a great job removing the old carpeting and did a thorough job installing the new planks. They were on time, friendly, polite and cleaned up the work areas at the end of the day. We were pleased that this company has their own installation crew & not third party contractors. Our friends referred us to Pleasant Flooring after their positive experience having new carpeting installed. We’re glad we took their advice. Our next project will be replacing our old upstairs carpets with new carpeting and we know that it will be a ‘pleasant’ experience as well.

  During the course of my purchase of new LVP flooring with Pleasant Flooring, I believe I met close to everyone working for this small, local company. There was an ordering mixup which was caught only after flooring was already installed. It was resolved immediately and cheerfully with what we wanted. During the entire experience, we were very well treated by Andrew Cissell, the owner, Todd Strum, in sales, Max who came out and did the original measurements, and Eric and his crew who did an excellent job installing the floor. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The flooring was priced competitively, the quality of the installation was first rate, and everyone I spoke to and worked with was, as the company name might suggest, pleasant.
