  Todd was very helpful in assisting with my selection of carpet. Took samples hope multiple times until we found the perfect color. Delivery was timely and installation was great.

  I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Mario coming out and doing my three rooms in my house. He did an extraordinary job and he was very helpful EVEN after the carpet was finished with everything that he did. The quality Of the Carpet is beyond my expectations the hard work that he put in to make my home my home again. I would 100% Recommend this company to anybody who is trying to get their carpet done. Everyone is so helpful in the office and Mario is stellar.

  The owner responded and provided a very fair price to replace a large piece of damaged 8 year old section of carpet in our upstairs loft, using a piece of extra carpet we had in storage. Mario, the repairman responded a few business days later and replaced the damaged piece of carpet and you cant even tell the piece was replaced. Mario was on time with a smile, shoes off, polite, cheerful and helped move a desk back into place. Great service and repair.

  My husband hired Pleasant Flooring to re-carpet our condo and I could not have been more happy with the results! Not only are they very reasonably priced, but they have a lot of samples to choose from. After a long day on my feet, it’s really nice to cone home to such soft quality carpet. I’m so glad my husband hired them. Great job!
