  The whole process from picking out materials and the measurements for the quote was very easy. They came to my house with their showroom van containing samples as well as catalogs. They measured my property and provided itemized quote for tear down of current fences, permits, the new vinyl fence, aluminum fence and gates. Their 3-phase payment plan fit my budget well. The BuilderTREND app kept me informed of each step and timelines. The crew delivering the materials and picking up the waste materials was careful of my property as well as my neighbors'. The installation crew was fabulous! They tore down my 40 year-old wood fence and a chain link dog pen in the scorching heat. They consulted with me the whole time they assembled the sections of each fence and asked which way I wanted the gates to swing. For weeks after installation, neighbors and passers-by complimented on the beauty of the fences and asked the name of the company. A recent storm brought down a large tree limb that landed on a section of the aluminum fence. I called Paramount to get a quote for replacement and again the process was easy. The repairs were completed and my dogs are once again secure in my yard.

  Paramount Fence did a great job on our cedar privacy fence. We had some complications with the city, but Emma did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Cedric did a great job, the fence looks beautiful. His crew was clean and professions.  We’re really happy with how it turned out. Would definitely recommend Paramount Fence!

  What an amazing and professional job from top to bottom from Paramount. Thank you so much, we love our new fence! Everyone was so professional from Emma assisting me when I called to Greg who came out and took his time to explain the process.   I had a great experience with Paramount fence! They helped me pick a beautiful fence for my doggies. They even helped us with the township, which was difficult because we had some weird rules. They guided us to get a variance with the township which took quite a while, but they told us exactly what we needed to do to get it done (Thanks Emma!). Keegan and Chris did the job in one day and even got the gates functional by the end of the day they cleaned up well and took away all the trash. We will definitely use Paramount fence again in the future!

  Our experience with Paramount Fence was a mixed bag. The sales/contract process was smooth, with Dawn's patience as we settled on a design. Their electronic payment method requires an insane service charge (20%+), so we opted to pay by check to avoid that fee. Checks took several weeks to process, both times, with no unsolicited communication from them as to the delays. This pushed our job out significantly. Materials were dropped off the day before the build and the delivery guy was careful and respectful of our property, as were the 2 guys who built the fence. As they finished up, we became alarmed that the fence was an exact rebuild of our old fence and not the design we'd agreed to (and paid for). We were then caught in the awkward contractors-blaming-the-company/company-blaming-the-contractors game, which is never pleasant for the frustrated customer caught in the middle, and not consistent with the experience we were promised and sold at the beginning. In the end, we were offered a small discount VS an additional 3-5 week delay to have the fence torn down and rebuilt. The latter was not an option with upcoming travel and events at our home, so we were left with no choice but to live with what they built. The garbage bin with the old fence and a pallet of unused concrete bags sat in our driveway for another 2+ days, blocking access to or from our garage. We called the next day, but they were unable/unwilling to expedite the removal. That was inconvenient, unsightly, and frustrating as well. The quality of the materials and build seem fine so far, but we did not get the fence we wanted, the material removal took too long, and their financing process is expensive OR time consuming. We cannot, therefore, recommend Paramount Fence to our friends and neighbors as a company who will deliver what they promise, and do so in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
