  I recently purchased a fence from Paramount Fence, and while the experience started off a little rocky, I’m happy to say they ultimately delivered a great product and excellent customer service. Initially, there were some communication issues with the salesperson regarding product information. However, after speaking with Joey, the Director of Sales, he was able to straighten everything out, address my concerns, and make me feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I was also working with a very tight timeline. Since it was October in Michigan, I needed the fence installed before my backyard was hydroseeded. Paramount came through and had the materials ordered and the fence installed four days ahead of my deadline, which was a huge relief. Barbara was my project manager, and she did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. There were some rather large material issues on installation day, but Barbara immediately coordinated a solution and made sure the correct materials got to the job site that same day. From my understanding, she even personally delivered them in her pickup truck! To me, that is outstanding customer service and a perfect example of going above and beyond for a customer. The installation itself went according to plan. Louie, the lead installer for their subcontracted installation crew, was very informative, professional, and thorough. He asked the right questions throughout the installation to ensure everything was done to my expectations. It’s only been a few days, but I’ve inspected the fence and haven’t found any issues. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. What impressed me most about Paramount was their willingness to take ownership of problems and correct them. Things don’t always go perfectly on a project, and what matters to me is how a company responds when challenges arise. Paramount demonstrated that they were willing to make things right, both during the sales process and on installation day. My only constructive feedback would be that the sales team could benefit from additional product training during the initial consultation. Additionally, while communication with Joey and Barbara was excellent, reaching someone directly at the main office could be easier and when you do contact somebody, the office person could be a little more pleasant. Those two areas aside, I’m very happy with my purchase, the quality of the fence, and the service I received. I would absolutely recommend Paramount Fence to anyone considering a new fence. They stood behind their work, addressed issues promptly, and ultimately delivered exactly what I was looking for.

  My puppy is so happy with her new fence! The crew was friendly and worked quickly. Barbara was wonderful—she answered all my questions and was so patient throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier!

  Ordered a replacement gate on March 9, it’s October 8 and the project is still not complete. Three project managers, three incorrect gates, debris storage in driveway for two months, and the worst communication I’ve ever encountered. The installation is poor, unstable post and only every other screw placed in hardware. They also insisted I pay almost 90% before they would schedule installation.

  I went with this company and paid in full before installing. They put up the fence after all the city approved. They left me with a warped gate. I put in a complaint. They came out to adjust the gate for a tighter fix. Didn't fixs the problem left me with a gate that doesn't close properly plus the fence is separated in a few different areas. I am very unhappy with this company. It is taking them way to long to fixs the issues. But quickly took the cash (10,000) please fixs or I want a deep discount for a defective fence.

  If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This company installed our fence incorrectly in the first place, and what should have been a straightforward correction has turned into months of frustration, delays, incompetence, and now significant damage to our property. They were supposed to come out in the spring to correct their improper installation. Instead, when they finally started trying to address the issue, they repeatedly ordered the WRONG parts, causing even more delays. Then we were told they would be here early this week. They never showed up. Yesterday, they finally showed up WITHOUT ANY NOTICE to correct the installation, leaving us unable to get our car out. And somehow, they managed to leave our property in an absolutely unacceptable condition, with extensive damage that we are now left to deal with. Emma has been rude, clueless, and completely unhelpful throughout this entire ordeal. Trying to get answers or meaningful assistance from her has been beyond frustrating. And the “project manager,” Barbara, has never even been to our property. How can someone supposedly manage a project—and the problems resulting from it—without ever actually seeing the property or the work firsthand? The fact that this company considers this level of service and workmanship acceptable is absolutely absurd. They installed the fence incorrectly, took months to address it, repeatedly ordered incorrect parts, failed to show up when promised, then showed up without notice and left our property damaged. We are documenting everything, reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and will be pursuing legal action for the damage to our property. If you’re considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend doing your homework and thinking twice. Our experience has been an incredibly frustrating, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable nightmare.
