  Honestly I’m disappointed. The sales phase was great (of course, you want to make a sale so that part is smooth). Installation and follow-through has actually been a bad dream. Wrong materials were ordered for part so the job was partially complete then we had to wait. A sprinkler line was damaged to the extent it had to be fully replaced and never received a response when I wrote about this. I had to do my own Quikcrete work around my fence post due to a shoddy job by the install team. And now it has become evident what I thought might happen has—the hardware on a 5’ wide by 6’ tall composite gate is inadequate and has stripped off as it can’t support such a large gate. Not to mention the gate itself requires quite a lift to be closed. This gate is not installed well and needs remediation if I want to be lucky enough for this to last which I would hope it will as it is composite and this project was not anywhere near inexpensive. I’m disappointed and can only hope that an email or phone call gets answered by this company and I actually get someone knowledgeable back to my property who can help me solve this. We will see….

  It all started out great and the installation guy was a very nice person. They sent him out by himself, and a 2 day job turned into a 4 day job. The first issue was that when they installed the fence, instead of asking me, they decided to rip out parts of my patio (which was never listed as an issue, in the way, or a problem) that was just recently done. Then when they finally finished, I had to go buy dirt to fill in the posts because there was massive holes. They put the caps on the fence, but then the wind blew them all of the yard and neighborhood so they came back and glued them down. Then the general manager said he would only give me 500$ towards 2000$ worth of damage to my patio (even after geting multiple quotes). Eventually the only thing they would give me is the 10% remaining off after 3-4 months of arguing w/ them. Which still didn't even cover the 2000$ in damage. Then part of the fence wasn't event aligned between the posts and fell out and they would not call me back or answer me so I had to figure out how to get it in by myself, which worked out, but was pretty difficult. A week later, the hardware attached to the gate ripped off due to the wind because it wasn't properly screwed in and it stripped the vinyl so there is no way to re-secure it where it was placed. So I've been waiting 3 weeks to get someone to come out and replace the gate, because the contractor they had come out and look at the gate (after calling and emailing multiple times) told me I should get a new gate because this one wasn't installed properly. So I am now at 3 weeks worth of communication (from my side because they never call) waiting on the "project manager" to reach out and let me know when they are going to replace my gate. Overall, for the price, I wouldn't go with them. I'd spend the extra money to go with someone else. The install was good about 95%. The customer service? Horrible. The lack of ownership on their product? Horrible. The lack of accountability on their craftmanship? Horrible. We will see if they ever call me or fix the gate.

  Working with Paramount Fence has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company. Dawn came out for an estimate well over a month ago and I still have not heard back regarding the quote. I took the morning off work to be present and she said I would have the quote within 2 days. I called multiple times and left countless messages in the hopes that someone would reach back out. A month later I finally get a hold of Emma and she says she still does not see a quote for my property and would reach out to dawn and get back to me asap. Still nothing. Do not contact this company. There are so many fence companies that are eager to get your business. Don’t waste your time and energy dealing with a company that is terrible at communicating.

  Fence is fine but the guys working on it were messy through their drink cans in the backyard. They also cut two sprinkler lines and poured concrete over it for fencing and failed to notify us. The water was pooling underneath and sprinklers were obviously not working. We had to hire another party to fix their mistakes. I would give a 1 star for sloppy job.

  Paramount fence contracts its crew to outside contractors. The crew we got were great, did a good job. But the Paramount project person in charge (Kaytee) for our fence install was terrible, makes changes without telling the customer on my install date, after I took the day off for the install. Doesn't return email questions for the customer, was not happy with her. Other than her, the rest of the crew were ok, Down was nice and informative. I don't really know how to rate this, the end job was good, thought Joey the owner was going to knock off price down for the inconvievance of missing a day off work when workers were supose to show up with Kaytee in charge, but he didn't.
