The whole process with Paramount was great communication was good and we were surprised that the project was going to be completed in one day. We are pleased with the results and the quality of materials and the professionalism of the crew.
Also, a special shout out to the crew supervisor that navigated a tough situation with my neighbor.
To be honest, my experience with this company had two very different sides.
In the beginning, working with Dawn was truly a pleasure. She was very helpful, professional, and made sure all the details regarding the fence project were clearly explained. Paramount also offers an app, which was great for receiving updates and information throughout the process.
However, after the bill was paid and the fence was installed, the customer service became extremely disappointing. Aside from receiving the final invoice, there was no follow-up communication regarding the installation, no assistance with issues, no phone calls, and no updates through the app. It felt like we were completely left in the dark.
The installation crew did a great job overall, although there were a few minor issues that were missed. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and poor post-installation customer service made dealing with this company very frustrating. (Read the reviews here very carefully.)

Due to a windstorm, my existing fence gate was damaged, so I reached out to Paramount for a solution. I met with Dawn on 4/6/26 to review options. She explained that a section of my fence needed to be replaced and that a new gate would be installed. We discussed the gate in detail, including placement and swing direction, so expectations were very clear.
Materials were delivered about a week prior to installation, and I was notified by Emma that installation would take place on 5/4. The installers were polite, but the overall install experience was mixed. They left a significant amount of dirt behind and informed me that all excavated material removal was my responsibility—something that was never clearly communicated upfront.
The biggest issue came at the end of the installation. The installers asked me if I was supposed to receive a gate. I said yes—that was the entire purpose of the job. I was then told the gate had not been delivered with my order.
After multiple calls that went to voicemail, Emma eventually contacted me and explained that the distributor never sent the gate. This was extremely frustrating—why was this not identified and communicated before installation began?
Because the fence and posts were already installed, I was told a new custom gate now had to be ordered. During that call, Emma mentioned a temporary solution would be put in place, but I never received any follow-up on that.
On 5/12, I reached out again for an update and was told that an installer had informed Emma that I already had a solution in place—which is completely untrue. I never communicated that.
What makes this situation worse is the safety risk this has created. I have two young children (ages 7 and 3), and my backyard has been completely open to the neighborhood since 5/4. As of today, 5/12, I still do not have a gate. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a serious security and safety concern. We moved forward with this project to restore a safe, enclosed yard, and instead we’ve been left exposed with no clear resolution.
Overall, this experience has been disorganized, poorly communicated, and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward install has turned into an ongoing issue with no accountability.

Most of fence was fine but part of my hinge on a gate was not installed properly and was not able to be fixed.

The product selection is great and the sales staff is very kind. However I would not trust their installers (the people who matter most) so I would strongly recommend against using them based on my experience.
The Job:
Replacing an old chain link fence with a privacy fence along the back and matching shorter fencing along the sides.
Key Points:
The most egregious problem is that they didn't connect the east-west and north-south fences into one corner. They made 2 separate posts with an ~18 inch gap - where the corner should be. The gap defeats the point of a fence which is largely to keep my dogs in the yard.
Although the job called for removing the old fence, I've found that in at least 2 places they didn't really remove the old fence, they just cut off the post and left a few inches of jagged steal poking up in random spots in my backyard (a hazard for both my dogs and my kids).
I can't tell if they cut other corners, but if those are the obvious signs of not caring at all about doing a good job, I have no idea how many other corners were cut in the install and I have very little faith in the longevity of their work.
Despite knowing about the problems for almost 6 months now, I've been repeatedly told they'll fix it (haven't yet). And now they're frequently calling me asking when I'll finish paying (I won't until the problems are fixed).
Details and positive points:
The sales guy we worked with was very nice and accommodating. Their product selection was the best of the companies we looked at and that's why we went with them, even though their price was a bit higher than the other quote we got.
Our install date was about 8 weeks after our purchase, but on the day they said they'd start, they did start. So they did a great job estimating their backlog and availability.
Our install was supposed to be a 2~3 day job, but took about a week (closing over a weekend where we lacked access to our garage because their equipment blocked it off). Not the end of the world but that was the first obvious miss with the installers before we saw the gap and posts.
Initially, when we shared the issues we were assured they'd fix it and wouldn't ask for the final payment until we were satisfied - which if they did fix the issues then, I'd feel better about the company. However the limit of their fix was dropping off more fencing material and glue, which they said their crew would use to fix the gap - but then the materials sat untouched for about 5 months.
Mistakes happen, that's not a big deal. However, when you're told about the mistake and you don't (or won't?) fix it, it stops being a simple mistake and becomes how you run your business.
