Devin did a great job on our broken shower valve. He knew what to do, found water shut off and installed a back access panel, as well, in case of future problems. The best thing was his communication with us. We were out of the country and had a house/ cat sitter but he was still able to contact us with pertinent information about the job, when will arrive, options, initial estimates and finally the bill. He was even willing to get CC info from our sitter without hesitation and all this while out of town. Dane Heating and Cooling has done work for us before, the first place sitter called at our request and will use again for any service they provide. To top it off, final cost was less than initial quote and I'm not sure you see that in this day and age.

Follow up to a concern I had regarding residue left on my roof after furnace and chimney installation. I had a furnace installed on Friday. The team did an exceptional job as always. The next day I noticed a trail of something, dirt, soot, don’t know, trailing from the chimney, zig zagging down the roof to the gutter. My concern was whatever it was, was it going to stain my light grey, three old roof. I contacted Great Dane on Monday. Tuesday, a tech came out, examined the roof and the residue. It was determined that with a little rain and wind should wash the residue away and no harm done. I have relied on Great Dane for years for my personal needs and all my rental properties. Thank you Great Dane. Keep up the great work.

Outstanding plumbing and customer service was provided by Derek! He took the time to explain the work that was to be done and kept us updated on the progress. He was very detailed oriented and did an exceptional job cleaning afterwards. He displayed a level of customer service that you rarely find today. We definitely recommend Great Dane!

Iam a 73yo home owner who is very cautious when dealing with home repair companies. Great Dane Heating, Cooling, Electrical superseded my expectations. Derek, their technician, was polite, professional, informative, and clean. The cost was well within my budget and my hypertension was not aggravated.. Take it from me. If you have health problems, this is the company to deal with.

We had an outstanding experience with Great Dane Heating, Cooling, Electrical, & Plumbing. This was our first time working with Great Dane and they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We needed a new furnance and had a free quote the next day after my initial call. Our sales person, George, answered all our questions as we moved from a standard to a high efficiency Carrier furnace. The new system was installed 2 days after quote acceptance on 10/1/26. Drew and Landon were our technicians and they arrived on time, professional, protected our home, installed carefully and thoroughly to latest specifications as a NATE certified installer. We are thrilled with the excellent service provided by the entire team!
