  Eric McDaniel came to my home on May 18th. Tried diligently to repair my A/C but unfortunately the unit was over 24 years old. He did a great job and was very personable while he was here. Thank you Eric. He contacted his office to send out a Salesman to give me a price on a new A/C unit. Robert Kelley arrived within 20 minutes. Robert Kelley spent some time to ensure he was able to get me the best price possible. And adequate financing. Thank you Robert. On 5/19 Fred Pierfelice arrived to replace my A/C. Justin Genter and Noah Ferreri also was here working on the unit. They all texted prior to arrival and were here on time. They ensured everything was completed correctly. I as always are very satisfied of the job done by Great Dane. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They completely cleaned everything up before leaving. Thank you again to everyone from Great Dane for an EXCELLENT job!!!!

  I’m a new home owner and Columbus was an amazing plumbing service Tec to work with. He helped fixed the pipes that serviced my washer which leaking and noticed a weak old pipe that could have broken before I was aware of the problem. This means a lot to me as I am a first year medical resident with long working hours and the last thing I would have wanted to come home to was broken smelly pipes in my basement. Thank you for all your help!

  I had water coming up out of my basement floor drain. I called a couple of places, but Great Dane answered immediately, and I had someone out here the very next morning, well within the three hour window. They called to let me know they were on their way and even sent me a text with the technician’s name (Derek) and picture, which I GREATLY appreciate. Derek explained what the issue could be and gave me both the best and worse case scenarios, just so I would be prepared. Luckily, it was the best case and Derek was in and out quickly. He was very friendly, polite, and very respectful and professional. If the need arises, I will definitely be using Great Dane Heating, Cooling, Electrical, & Plumbing, and hope to get Derek as my technician again. Thank you so very, very much! It was a great, low stress experience and I appreciate all that you do!

  Outstanding Service from Great Dane HVAC We recently had a new furnace, air purifier, humidifier, and AC unit installed by Great Dane HVAC, and our experience from start to finish was absolutely superb. Wesley and Jordan, the service technicians, arrived promptly and immediately began preparing the work area. They carefully laid drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement where the furnace was being installed. Once everything was protected, they shut down the power and began disassembling the old unit. After the old system was removed, a demolition crew from another company promptly arrived to haul away all debris and old components. There was no delay at all. Once the area was cleared, Wesley and Jordan cleaned the workspace thoroughly before installing the new equipment. It was impressive to watch them work. While one technician handled the furnace installation inside, the other worked outdoors on the AC unit. They operated in complete sync, supporting one another and moving back and forth seamlessly. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and patient. They welcomed our questions and made us feel completely comfortable asking them. When the job was finished, everything was spotless. They reassured us that if anything came up, we could call the company and someone would come out. They also informed us that a follow-up visit would take place in two weeks to ensure everything is running properly. We truly could not have asked for better service. We would also like to commend George, the sales representative who introduced us to Great Dane HVAC. He was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained all of the equipment, how it works, and how the HVAC industry handles service and maintenance. He even provided his personal cell phone number in case we had additional questions. Because we wanted to be sure we were choosing the correct system for our home, we requested a Manual J and Manual D calculation. George personally came out, measured our windows and walls, evaluated the ductwork, and assessed airflow to ensure the unit would be efficient for our home. He took the time to sit down with us and explain every technical term in plain language, which made us feel confident in our decision. He also informed us about available rebates, discounts, and even seasonal filter promotions (buy one, get one half off), which we truly appreciated. We had many questions throughout the process, and George was patient and responsive every step of the way. In the end, we felt confident, informed, and well cared for. We are extremely thankful and completely satisfied with our overall experience. Thank you, Great Dane HVAC, for your professionalism and excellent service.
