He helped me locate my septic tank lid, performed a thorough inspection of my septic pipe and tank, and sent me a detailed inspection video so I could see everything for myself. He provided a fair, detailed quote to repair my system and took the time to explain the best maintenance practices to keep my septic system running properly for years to come.   I am very impressed with DR Drain and especially Tyshawn! I called at 7:30 am and Tyshawn was here by 9am! Tyshawn was extremely professional and polite. He understood what the issue was and promptly got to work and fixed the problem. Tyshawn wore booties over his shoes and was very respectful of us and our home. I would highly recommend DR Drain and Tyshawn and will be calling only them in the future.

  After thousands of dollars spent on 6+ drain clog calls within a year with two other companies, and only being offered an additional 7k solution. Quality Plumbing and Drain temporarily solved the problem, 3k later. Then Roto-Rooter snaked it and told me it was clear, per camera inspection, and no damage to the pipe. The 2nd Roto-Rooter visit, I was told the pipe was collapsing, and would need to be dug up and fixed. I was getting frustrated, and was referred to DR Drain Cleaning. Turns out the drain pipe was nowhere near as bad as Roto-Rooter told me it was. DR showed me that there was a small crack in the drain pipe, not serious, and there were still a lot of roots that Roto-Rooter didn't clear out at all. $600 got everything cleaned correctly and videoed for me. I've asked the other drain companies multiple times for the videos taken of my drain and nobody ever gave me one. These guys got me the video and discussed everything with me, including a potential re-lining project down the road if it became necessary. HIGHLY recommend. Keith was the guy I talked to, he was extremely professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and walked me me through every part of the drain video, explaining everything we were seeing on the video. I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with this service call, and I will be calling this company FIRST in the future.
