Shortly after, I received a text from an individual named Kasey letting me know they would contact me the next day to discuss the project. That was four days ago, and I haven't heard a single word since. I'm honestly amazed by the number of electricians in this area who either cancel jobs on the day of service or never follow through after making initial contact. If you're too busy to take on new work, that's understandable—but don't accept leads and leave potential customers waiting without any communication. A quick message saying you're unavailable or unable to take the job would be far more professional than complete silence. Poor communication wastes customers' time and forces them to start the search all over again. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Wireworks Inc.

I called many places, but Tom was the first to call me back. He couldn't come out immediately, but he was able to talk me through some of the issue over the phone (on the weekend) to alleviate my concerns about a possible house fire. Tom came out as soon as he could and was amazing. He got right to work, and within about an hour had the entire situation handled. I really appreciate him and found him to be trustworthy which is rare today. I highly recommend this business!
