The last 2 times we have used them they showed up late, unprepared, and without the needed tools or materials needed for the job, which I had been very specific about on the phone. Consequently, the job took much longer than it should have and the bill was significantly higher than anticipated. The manager was unconcerned about my displeasure when I called to talk to him about it.
