  Mike was very efficient and prompt. Replaced capacitor and double breaker on a/c unit. Sharon's has always treated me great for furnace and a/c work being done. Recommend them to people I know.

  We used Sharon's for a new HVAC system (furnace, heat pump AC, electric hot water tank). It was a big job and took two days to complete. Matt and Mason were wonderful to work with. They were respectful of our home, and patient with all of our questions. I will certainly use them for annual maintenance. The office staff was also amazing. Highly recommend.

  First time using Sharon’s Heating and Cooling through the Consumers Energy rebate program and they were great to work with. Nate the technician and his apprentice were very friendly, and he explained the work he would do as well as the details of the rebate program. Scheduling was easy, and arrival time was exactly as they said it would be.

  In November 2024, my furnace air exchange was leaking carbon monoxide. This was found on a furnace turn up by Sharon's. The furnace was 19 years old. They installed a new York furnace at an affordable price. It's gone through this severely cold winter of 24/25 with zero problems and has decreased my gas bill. Great product with excellent results.
