Lil’ Tim and Te were so professional. It took them less than ten minutes to service me at a reasonable rate. I hope I don’t need anymore service soon BUT whenever I do, I will call TNT and request this dynamic duo! PLUS: The work comes with a warranty!

Aaron was very professional, showed up hours earlier than expected and did an excellent and thorough job. He even explained why and how things happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Will call again definitely.

Worst experience ever, called these guys out to snake out my kitchen drain, was advised that I had 2 issues, kitchen stain and storm line, however only the kitchen drain was serviced, it I was charged for both lines. There was no care taken, these guys left the biggest mess in my finished basement, took forever to clean up behind them. ( drain was clogged, not backed up)

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from this company. I had a problem that I thought couldn't be solved as others just came and went. They responded to me quickly, came to my home and began the process of solving the problem. The problem wasn't at all simple, but they fixed their minds that whatever the problem was, they were going to fix it. They worked on it until it was resolved. They were polite, courteous and made sure that I understood what they were doing throughout the entire process. I asked a lot of questions but they patiently answered them all. I will use them for any plumbing problems I have in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs good plumbers. Thank you, Deborah Anderson
