- MKmo kaza4 days ago1.0Miserable experience. Once windows ar paid for an ordered - literally useless. After several calls to Trinity, as well as emails, they had an Installer sent over. He said each of the 3 windows for the front of the house were different heights, and would not install because he did not feel right doing something shabby in a nice neighborhood. So I contacted Trinity - and got her after a dozen or so calls, and she said she would call back (donnt ever take her word for it). One excuse after another, unreturned calls - and is now 2 months since the installer came. Still not responding, will not give money back. Only response she gave once was - for me to find an installer myself. Absolute garbage - will now to to court, and report them to the better nusiness Bureau - have dozens of outgoing calls to show them. Was really stupid of me to give a check!
