  This company's truck I was behind on the exit sprayed wet concrete all over my car????!!!!? I don't even know what to do, I guess I have to go in person to a police station to file a report for insurance, according to what I'm seeing. Thanks so much for making a bad day worse, making me talking to cops, and don't bother with what is clearly your usual copy pasted response to every incident people have with you, clearly often. You have a pattern of your drivers causing harm according to your reviews.

  Highly disappointed with customer service. I had a backyard poured last September (2025). By spring, I noticed heavy scaling on most surfaces and a diagonal crack spread across 3 sections. We contacted Detroit Ready Mix, Jack had several conversations with my wife and came to look at the issue. The company who poured the concrete said they would re-pour the damaged areas at no charge if the concrete was supplied. Jack said that it was the responsibility of the contractor, so we’ve been going back and forth for several months, with no communication for the past couple of months. Trying to get this resolved seems futile, and we’re are stuck with a $7000.00 yard full of terrible looking concrete which will probably only get worse.We’re extremely frustrated, and we’re hoping that the coming winter doesn’t further deteriorate the surface. It should be noted that during the winter no salt or de-icer of any kind was used on the concrete. I suspect a poor mix was used, but it shouldn’t be the responsibility of the contractor or the customer to make it right.

  I have to give one star becaue I have to... The worst place to ever get concrete from... Who ever delivered concrete to Wines of The World yesterday.... Quit your day job. You are by far the WORSE truck driver in the concrete world. Absolutely DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! CALL SUPERIOR!

  Worst cement company had a driveway done didn’t last for 3 months all cracked and poor quality/recycled cement used. Stay away from this company. Been waiting on them almost a year to redo the cement with better quality cement. Going to reach out and to news get them exposed as many customers have same issue.

  TRASH. Was driving on Northwestern Hwy and one of THIER big ol’ concrete trucks was in the lane next to me and nearly ran me off the road despite the fact I had been driving faster than them the entire way, they were able to see me. They almost SIDE SWEPT my car and endangered my life. I had to pull over on the shoulder of the road. This happened during broad day light, their drivers don’t drive like they’re sober… I literally had to honk a thousand times to let him know I WAS right there. life flashed before my eyes imagining my car being dragged under that thing. Get better drivers. Stop going to nice areas if you can’t learn the road etiquette. Thanks. You suck Ready Mix Concrete.
