Northwest installed a French Drain on our property (Kinyonwoods Condominiums). Very professionally done, excellent service and beautiful results. The Rock Gardens were done extremely well. And of course no more flooding! Highly recommend!!!!

We had a new roof, gutters, and attic ventilation installed on our Dearborn bungalow and garage in July 2026. Working with Terry, Steve, and the rest of the team at NorthWest was a pleasure, and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation. What really set Northwest Construction apart was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for both quality and a clean finished appearance. Terry was especially thoughtful in his planning, and offered attic ventilation options using ridge and hidden soffit vents that greatly improved the overall appearance on our home. They also tweaked the layout of our gutters for better flow and appearance rather than simply replacing them. Frequent site visits during the project ensured things were going smoothly and that we were happy customers. We got quotes from two other roofing-specific companies that favored the quicker and easier installation of box/pot vents and wouldn't install alternatives. Northwest was willing to put in the additional effort to get both the functionality and aesthetics right, which was a major reason we chose them. Northwest was also competitive on price and timing and communicated well throughout the project. They made us feel like family, not just a number, like many of the bigger companies do! We’re very happy with the finished roof and gutters and would absolutely recommend the Northwest Construction team!

I had 3 quotes from companies, one was outrageous price, 2 to 3x the quote I received from Northwest. I wanted a local company and chose Northwest because of their reputation of quality work and many repeat customers - which told me they can be trusted. I had NW install new house and garage roof and gutters and gutter guards on the we garage. I did have a couple glitches, but NW worked well in making sure their work was completed - totally satisfied with finished work and would not hesitate to use them again.

We recently had our porch rebuilt and several service walks redone. The entire process was easy and efficient. The project manager (Terry), office manager (Laura) and crew (Joe and Philip) were all responsive, easy to communicate with, and professional. The final product was outstanding. Well done!
