  From the initial estimate to the service rendered the techs were upfront and honest. There was no pressure to sell me a new unit unlike their competitors who tried to use scare tactics for a $11,000 replacement. I will definitely be using them when it's time to replace the system

  My technician from Mechanical Heating and Cooling was awesome! Very professional, courteous and efficient. I will definitely use this company again. The only negative part of my experience was when the tech was done and I was about to pay, I asked about the DTE rebate that I qualified for. Tech said I needed to tell him about that before he started the work because it required him to fill out a different form. Since I told him after the work was done he said I couldn't get the rebate.

  The technician was very professional, found the problem fix the issue. I really appreciate everything. I'm taking care of my mother-in-law it's nice to know as we're going into winter, I don't have to worry about her being cold.Thank you heating and cooling on telegraph. P.S. thank you for customer appreciation day and all the gifts you gave me. I really appreciate it. That was very nice to give back to the community.

  We had our HVAC system installed one year ago and recently had our AC and furnace maintenance done. Ian came out both times and was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I am si very impressed with Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company. They’re professional, timely, efficient and reliable. We are very pleased with their products and services! I highly recommend them!

  I contacted this company on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM to have a technician come out to my building and provide an estimate for installing rooftop heating/cooling units. At 12:37 PM on Friday, the technician called me while I was at work, so I was unable to answer the phone. Shortly afterward, he texted me saying that he was on his way to the building. As soon as I was able to, I called the technician back, but there was no answer. I also called the company’s main number multiple times, but could not get anyone to answer. I waited and continued trying to reach them. At approximately 2:40 PM, after waiting for the appointment and trying repeatedly to contact the company, a woman finally answered the phone. I was told that the appointment had been canceled because I did not answer the technician’s call. I explained that I had been at work and that I had called the technician back and repeatedly called the company. Unfortunately, that was completely ignored. She told me she would contact the technician and call me back, but I never received another call. I was actually prepared to give this company my business and was considering having two rooftop units installed, so this could have been a significant job for them. However, after this experience, I'm glad I found out how they handle communication before giving them my business. If something as simple as returning a customer's call and communicating about an appointment is this difficult, I would be very concerned about what would happen after spending thousands of dollars on an installation. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them. I have screenshots showing the messages and the timing of my calls and will attach them to this review.
