  Service Tech was very honest about the condition of my furnace and AC(not good). I could relate with the service tech and salesman about old verses new in regards to repairs and operating cost efficiency. It helped me to study in advance about my current equipment verses new. Financing was my only option with a monthly payment that was in my budget. The installers were very respectful of me and my property, answered any question I had, showed me how to set up and operate the thermostat on my phone. The removal of old equipment and new replaced according to code was completed in one day. I'm very comfortable working with Holland Heating & Cooling, I feel they got me covered 24/7.

  Bart and Connor did a great job with our AC and furnace install on July 1, 2026. They were both extremely friendly, respectful and clean through the process. They ran some new lines in a way that looks much nicer than before. Thanks guys!! We really appreciate the great work you did and are very happy customers 😊(RAG07014)

  My experience with Holland is terrible and negative indeed. I called them to get my furnace check out and estimate to get central air . The service call tech was very unprofessional and he never gave me time when the technician was coming to my house. I am 89 year old and my wife is 84 and have stage 4 cancer. If you was coming in the morning which is not good for me and my wife because we don't hear to well and we don't get up until 10 am and if would have known the time, I would my son or grandson be there. So they arrive at my house at 9:42 am and they knock on the door instead of pushing my Ring doorbell which would alert my grandson. Me and wife is hard of hearing and we wouldn't hear a knock. When I got up and seen my phone that they call and I apologized being sleep and that no one told me from your office when the tech was coming. The service call tech didn't care that it was 95 degrees , that was elderly and sick, he was mad that we didn't answer the door and he would not come back ever again claiming that we stood up his guy but common sense would told him that someone was home because of the two cars in the driveway. So in other words, Holland heating and cooling don't care about being elderly and sick at all, Zero tolerance

  I called Holland Heating for an a/c quote because they had been here 5 years ago when I bought the house. At that time, I think they did a furnace inspection for me. This time I wanted an a/c quote. Got that. Accepted it, work was scheduled. However, when the workers showed up, they ran into one problem after another. My heating ducts are in the ceiling and are NOT insulated. Well, for a/c, they had to be insulated. The attic also had minimal ventilation. Turns out that whoever put on the aluminum siding had covered up the old attic vents. A sub-contractor of Holland came and put in larger vents and insulated the ductwork. I was glad the hot days we had had previously had gone, so working in the attic, while warm, wasn't toasty! Glen Gill and company did that work and I was grateful. Back to Holland. They had to put an air conditioner outside, run new wire to the electrical panel, remove and replace old ductwork in the utility room, put in a hard pipe gas line and a refrigerant line. Lots and lots of work. Some days there were 6 guys here, other days 4 and the final day there were 2. It was a hell of a job to correct several things I wasn't aware were not up to code and install the a/c equipment. I didn't get all their names but I do know one was named Richard and another was Aaron Jacob. Aaron, in particular, seemed to know just everything about everything on this job. Hard worker too. But all the men seemed to have their own areas of work and came together as a team to accomplish the goal I wanted. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great job, guys! Thank you!

  On June 22, 2026 we had Austin and Justin come out to replace our furnace and our central air unit. They did an absolutely fantastic job and made sure to explain things clearly when certain things had to be done differently due to placement in or around our house. They even did an amazing job cleaning up! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace and central air unit! Job #: RA606224RR
