  Bart and Brendan just installed our mini split systems and they did a fantastic job they were professional and courteous and did their job very well! I would recommend Holland heating and cooling to anyone, this has been a great company to work with!

  Called Holland for help today. Lady at office was very pleasant. And that's where it went downhill. Roger the technician called me and immediately his tone was way inappropriate. Talking down to me like I was a peasant annoying him on his weekend. If you get Roger I'm sorry in advance. Just like to say the initial install was fabulous.

  If you choose to have Holland send someone to your home for an estimate, be aware they may use an app (Rilla, a AI Sales Coaching Software) that can record audio of your conversation. Mark came out to quote replacing my furnace and AC. As we were nearing the end of our conversation, I saw the recording indicator on his iPad. When I asked if I could touch his iPad and take a look, I tapped the recording icon and it opened Rilla, showing it had been running for nearly 50 minutes - the length of our conversation. Even if this is legal in some jurisdictions, I was not told in advance and I expected more transparency and privacy in my own home, especially with a large purchase like this. Because of this, I’m not moving forward with Holland. I contacted the company to request deletion/confirmation and will update this review if I hear back. I just want other homeowners to know about this and to ask about it upfront.

  Billy,Seth, and Logan technicians were quick, clean and did everything expected and then some. Very happy with Holland Heating and Cooling!!! Would recommend 😄

  I live down the block from these guys- These guys apparently dont fix systems, had one of their techs come about 3 weeks ago to diag my ac not being cool enough, basically told me the ac was bad and i would need a new one( ac is only 10 years old) i asked if it was like 3 k he said closer to 10k- i told him i can get a newer ac if they would install it and they said they dont install units that arent new so i said ok thats fine. The next week it hit over 97 in my house couldnt stand it, so i called a contracting company iv worked with before when i was a field tech (goyette mechanical) so i had em come out for a second opinion. It took them about an hour to show me the system was low and it had a small leak, they refilled the system put some dye in it and a few days later came back found a small leak and fixed it. House has been staying cool ever since and it only cost me 500, pretty short stretch from 10,000. If they were to have told me they dont work on stuff to fix they just remove and replace new i would have been cool with that but thats not what happen here, im sure they install things well but thats not what i was asking for hence why im making this review. Basically paid 100 usd for a guy to try and sell me a new system lol
