My son was notified that a crew was coming out to diagnose the problem. The next phone call he received was that the work was done and an invoice was given, expecting to payment before leaving the premises!! Never provided a quote. Authorization to complete work was NEVER given. Completely unacceptable business practices. This crew saw only a young woman at home and took advantage of this young couple. Disgusting Their resolution was to take $200 off the bill, which again, was never authorized to do.
