  My tech Nate was super dope and up front about everything. Made sure I knew what was going on and was just helpful and cool in general. Did a great job and BONUS !!!!!!!*******Didn't try to up sell me on those 2000$ halo unit things for your furnace like a lot of HVAC homies tend to do lol. Thank you Nate we appreciate you!

  I had an outstanding experience with Connor today! He was punctual, friendly, and thoroughly explained the routine maintenance process. During his inspection, he identified a part that needed replacement. Although it wasn’t urgent, Connor went above and beyond by replacing it the same day, even in the rain! I purchased my AC and furnace from Schaafsma 10 years ago, and their exceptional service has been consistent ever since. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience getting service work on my A/C system. Brayden was efficient, polite, and very willing to share his knowledge with me. I appreciated the options given and not feeling pushed into decisions. He had not issues with me tagging along, and helped me to better understand my home.

  Brayden and Conner arrived on time and thoroughly checked everything. They also helped me understand how to set the various temperatures for my heating and air-conditioning system to make it more comfortable. They were both very polite and courteous.

  Our air conditioning had stopped running g and they were able to come out the same day. However, the repair person spent a total of about 15 minutes checking the situation and came to tell me we needed an entire new unit which would run between 7-9000 dollars. I them asked if they could do anything at all to make it cool until we figured out what we were going to do. Was told he would have e to bring the unit to the shop to run some tests ($1700-2300) and them maybe they could put coolant in it ($2-3,000). I said no thank you and called to schedule a "comfort care coordinator" for a replacement estimate. That person showed up the next day for what i thought was to give me bid. As he was here, I had another company come to see if they could repair it. This company WAS ABLE to repair it!! Its been running great ever since. Out of curiosity, I called 3 days later to ask wher my bid for replacement was. I was told he isn't bother with it because I had another company there. I am disgusted with this type of dishonest and predatory business practice. I then asked for my $98 refund and was told he would get back to me about that. I haven't heard a word. It's been 2 weeks. Please be aware of this company. Total scam. UPDATE : This is a response to your company asking me to reach out to you. I already did that and it got me nowhere.
