  We called John Grace Restoration because we thought we might have mold in our attic. Eddie came out, checked our basement and attic for mold, and said that our attic did not need treatment. We were grateful for his professionalism and reassurance, and for his integrity.

  We’ve been using John Grace for multiple projects . From major floods , restoration , standing true to their words from start to finish ! Special shout out to Zakk , Adam , Alex , too many to name . Once again , Zakk shows up with a huge , friendly smile and I know I’m in great hands with our projects . What can I say , the men for many months , have made sure we were always taken care of whenever I call . Such great , honest service with integrity . Shout out to Zakk for taking the reins on today’s project on an ugly , windy , wet day . The guys came as restoration workers but it is so much more than that . They care , go above and beyond . They are like family ! We will always use John Grace . Thank you Adam for sending out wonderful men , experts in their field who truly care . The Baker Family 🐾.

  Jayne and Grayson were competent, experienced, and friendly. They did a thorough job removing or treating every part at our basement floor that was affected by mold all, and they answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The remediation wasn't too pricey, and Ben (who inspected the site and gave us an estimate) was highly knowledgeable had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend John Grace.

  We had a pipe break in winter when the heat went off causing extensive damage, flooding, at our beach home. Mitigation was performed by another company who could not finish the restoration job after 4 months. John Grace team came in and finished restoration in one month. With the most excellent service. I met all the members of the team: including adjustor Jacob, main contractor Adam, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, reconstruction. It was a major reconstruction. And yet it was done in a timely fashion and the people involved were always responsive: to calls and questions, meetings, and were very personable and kind. I have never met better workers and cannot say enough about the excellence of the work, attention to details, the efficiency of completion and the kindness of the specific people involved. There was never a harsh word or inconvenience from the anyone on the team. I especially want to call out Jacob Allen the adjustor and Adam Reaume the contractor by name. They were the best people to work with on a complicated project. made it easy... ! And price s were reasonable. they worked well with the insurance company too.Not one problem..

  Used John Grace (Inspector Chris) for mold inspection after a water leak. Lots of places I have heard may exaggerate damages in order to get business, this was not the case at all. Inspector said we had no mold and hence no work needed to be done. Chris was very kind and helpful. He used state of the art tools to test for water behind walls and under carpet. I have heard great things from local plumbers about this company and am glad I chose them.
