  Waited a month before writing this review. Had one of the representatives at our home for around 2 hours for a estimate for 5 interior doors. The appointment itself was great, professional, courteous, went over a lot of options. Was told I would have my estimate in 2-3 business days. When I did not receive the estimate, I called around 5 days after my initial estimate and was told I would be getting my estimate the beginning of the following week. Waited another week without an estimate. Called again and spoke with a representative who said they apologized and would look into in and give me a call and have an estimate the next day. Waited another few days, called again and got the same answer. Waited a week, called again and the owner of Window World answered, apologized profusely and said he would personally call me back by end of the day with an update and they would have an estimate for me in the next day or two. Did not receive a call back, still have no estimate and its been around 5 days since that final call. Would have appreciated honesty and not wasting my time. If they had for some reason lost the measurements, were unable to give me an estimate, etc, I would have appreciated just being told that rather than be given the run around. If they had lost the measurements I would have been happy having them come back to remeasure.

  Niahl and his team at Window World made our window installation process so seamless and stress free! Niahl walked us through step by step on what would be needed to add our window. He eliminated the overwhelmingness that can come with this project and even provided us with the necessary resources that would be needed outside of his forte. Niahl’s team came in and installed a high quality window so effortlessly for such a reasonable price. I would only recommend window world to anyone looking to install new windows or doors!

  window world far exceeded my expectations when It came to putting a new window in my home. the process seemed so cumbersome. but niahl and his dedicated workers at window world spent unlimited time and put forth tremendous effort to make It happen! not only were they passionate about the job, explaining It step by step so there were no misunderstandings, but the pricing was extremely competitive compared to the quotes i received. the job was done with finesse and craftsmanship. i am officially a lifelong window world customer. they come at my highest recommendation. try them out. You will not be disappointed!!!! i am very impressed

  I had all of the windows in my house and a doorway replaced. I had two other companies come out and provide quotes before contacting Window World. Niahl was wonderful to deal with - from the initial quote to the final inspection. He was so professional and pleasant to deal with. The price was very reasonable and I never felt pressured at any point of the process. I am so happy with my decision to have Window World do the project. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process were so wonderful to deal with.
