  Like others have noted, Window World’s salespeople are friendly and informative when trying to make a sale, but communication and customer service drop off dramatically once they process your payment. During our consultation with Brian Hayes, we communicated both verbally and in writing that we wanted a brief statement, accompanied by photographs, documenting some pre-existing damage along our windows, the work completed to address it, and the cost of that work. We had recently purchased our home, and the seller failed to disclose a known leak resulting, in part, from improperly sealed windows. We therefore wanted to provide this documentation for mediation. Contractors are routinely asked to provide similar documentation. We made clear that we would only proceed with the service if Window World could accommodate this request. Brian confirmed both verbally and in writing that his team would be able to document the issues as requested. On the day of service, their installer, Mike, took the requested photographs and sent them to us. I then followed up with Brian to request the brief descriptive statement several times over the course of two weeks via both email and text, but he ignored every message. I eventually contacted the main office and was forwarded to the owner, Halim Sheena, who told me he would contact Brian and Mike and have them handle the request by the following day. The end of the next day came and I still had not heard from anyone at Window World, so I called again. I was connected with Halim, who became extremely defensive and stated that he was “not in the business of litigation” and that he did not even know what was going on, so why should he have to draft a statement. Halim also expressed that Mike stopped working at Window World a few weeks ago, yet that I needed to contact Mike to have him draft the statement. This response was shocking. At no point did we ask Window World to litigate anything, yet Halim seemed committed to misinterpreting a simple request. We simply requested a factual, descriptive account of pre-existing damage and the work their team performed to address it—something contractors routinely provide when requested. More importantly, this was a request that their salesperson had explicitly promised to accommodate before we agreed to purchase their services. I also don’t understand why Halim insisted a former employee should be expected to complete work on behalf of his company, rather than his salesman Brian who assured us that our request would be handled. If Window World was unwilling to accommodate such a straightforward request, they should have been honest about that from the beginning rather than telling us they could provide the documentation in order to secure the sale. We would not have proceeded with the service had we known they would ultimately refuse to follow through. It seems that Window World’s sales team will tell customers whatever they want to hear to close a sale. We have another dozen windows that will need to be replaced in the near future. We will be taking our business elsewhere and sharing our experience widely within our network.

  Came across town 45 minute drive arrived at 12:40 pm only to find it closed. Website shows it's open 10am to 1pm on Saturday. I'd rate it zero if I could
