He mentioned they only do double hung windows. Fine. But when I asked him how can they give me a price without taking measurements, he told me that once we pay, they would send someone out to do an actual measurement that's within 1/16th of our current window sizes. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with that due to windows being different size and I wanted to know what I was paying for. He then said it doesn't matter how big or small your windows are, that with them all the windows are the same price. He also stated they have the best prices in town and their prices can't be beat. When I told him I already got another quote for windows and the price, he called me a liar and said it was impossible. I literally have the quote in my hand. The price for windows was $3138. Please don't ever call me a liar again

We decided to go with them 27 windows one door wall. They arrived at the job 9 AM and completed it and left at 7:30 PM. What a beautiful job. I can’t believe it the caulking, trim, window quality, and clean up.I highly recommend them!

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
