  We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Matheson Heating, Air & Plumbing. Their team is always friendly and knowledgeable, and their pricing is very fair. We recently had our furnace and A/C tuned up by Norbert, and he was just as friendly and knowledgeable as the rest of the Matheson team. Thank you for keeping our home comfortable through every season!

  Devin was awesome! He was engaging and was more than willing to walk us through exactly what was going on with our hot water heater. We have 3 small kids, and he was even taking the time to answer their questions, no matter how ridiculous. He even made the experience fun for them by having them help him turn on some of our faucets. Absolutely 10/10 experience. I never write reviews, but he was so good that I felt I should share!

  I had an exceptional experience with this company. Troy helped our family navigate a complicated crawlspace HVAC installation, while also improving the overall comfort and airflow throughout our home by adding return and supply vents where needed. After getting conflicting answers from several other companies, Troy finally gave us the knowledge, guidance, and solutions we needed. His presence throughout the process was incredibly reassuring. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also a genuinely kind and compassionate person. The installation team was equally wonderful. They were on time, hardworking, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and integrity this entire team showed our family. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend.

  I have very high standards and I am incredibly impressed with Mattheson. Our air conditioning died very late in the day on a Friday and it was 89 degrees outside. The company had Norbert at our house within 2 hours. They texted us a picture so we knew who to expect and when he would be arriving. Norbert was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why every step of the way. He made us feel like he was an old friend and not a stranger he was so kind. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and explained why and how it broke. I have used this company in the past to install our furnace. This business is a diamond in the rough, they ACTUALLY CARE about the customer and try to help you and charge reasonable prices. Norbert showed us the piece that was broken and needed replaced. I would recommend you call this company and no other !

  We had our AC and furnace replaced by Matheson a week ago, which was a massive upgrade from what our house originally had. The entire process from initial estimation to appointment set up to installation was very professionally handled. Not to mention, the representatives are very courteous, thorough, and my wife even indicated she felt safe during the initial inspection and didn’t feel talked down. The installation techs were excellent! Huge shoutout to the team for this job that took place on one of Michigan’s hottest and most humid days. The entire process was pretty much hands-off for me as a customer as Matheson handles the permits and scheduling the city inspector after as well. For the items quoted and services provided to us, I believe their prices are worth it. I highly recommend considering Matheson for your HVAC replacement and repairs.
