  Newmyer Kitchen and Bath completed a bathroom remodel for us in 2025 and we are very, very pleased with how it turned out. The bathroom is small and increasing the size was not an option, so we weren’t sure that “rearranging” the space would get us the bigger shower that we were hoping for, but Aimee (the designer) came out and took measurements and later presented us with a layout that would accomplish our goal. The finished product not only provides us with a bigger shower but it is absolutely gorgeous. There were some “hiccups” along the way, some major and some lesser so, but Aimee and Lauren (the scheduler) were reassuring and professional, and every issue was addressed. The crew always arrived when scheduled and, because of their professionalism and thoughtfulness we were not inconvenienced anywhere near as much as might be expected when you are living in the home during a construction project. I would definitely recommend Newmyer Kitchen and Bath to our friends and neighbors.

  We had an appointment set up with Aimee for a new bathroom project in our home. We just received an email the day before our appointment (tomorrow) from her stating "after reviewing the scope of work with Newmyer management, we've determined that the project falls outside of the range of services we typically offer. As such, we will not be able to provide an estimate." Yet... this is the scope of the company's work- new kitchens and baths. I called Aimee to see what transpired and she stated it's not her call, the call came from management?? Interestingly, they sent me a quote last year for an estimate on this same project. We received other quotes that were similar to the $500-$600 per sq ft that we received from Newmyer. We were going to have a different contractor ultimately perform the work, but after he tried to change the contract price on us once the contract was actually signed (in an email the very next day), the project was cancelled. Subsequently we called Newmyer back, and now have received this. If $60,000 for a 106 sq ft bathroom is "out of your scope of work" we will happily move forward. lauren van pelt- I feel you.

  We wanted to remodel our kitchen & visited 3 different applicable businesses. We explained our needs & wishes, subsequently looked at the inventory of cabinets etc w/each each. All three came to look at the existing kitchen. One company didn’t even take measurements saying that would be done after we signed a contract. Another company rep scheduled an appointment to measure & never showed up. When I called about that a different rep came & only because of my questions did I learn they made the cabinets but didn’t install them. When I asked who did they recommend for that, she told me to go to Angie’s List for names. John Newmyer came to our home & asked me what I wanted: my must have & my wish list & why. When we visited his showroom, we had a tour to see the products. All our questions were answered in great detail. Since we were gutting our kitchen, we had multiple meetings w/him & his assistant. Communication was consistent throughout:phone/text/emails. We chose the appliance store he recommended & that was another home run. John’s work crew were professional, on time, friendly, respectful of our property. John & assistant made visits periodically too. Everyone from cabs to counter tops to back splash to hood & vent etc were top shelf. Because of John Newmyer I have more cabinets, an additional lazy Susan, more drawers, more usable space w/o changing the footprint of the kitchen. Love my selections & love my new kitchen. Highly recommend him & his company.
