  Matt Ancona came out. Looked at the garage and told us $1500 to replace and fix it. Did the work and then told me if I didn’t pay another $3500, the brand new motor he installed will burn out. When I called to speak with someone about this, they agreed the tech should not have installed without telling us the entirety of the project. When customer service called me later that evening - they changed their tune and defended the scam. Then told me they will “escalate” this if I want - but offered no solutions. $1500 to fix something means it will be fixed after. Not according to Matt - he thinks $1500 is a start and once it’s installed you tell the customer it will break if they don’t give you another $3500. Buyer be very aware!!! Either Matt doesn’t know what he’s doing, or he’s very aware of what he’s doing with the scam he pulled and apparently this company supports shady business!

  Great experience with A1 Garage! Kieler came out to repair our rusted garage door and was fantastic to work with. He gave us a fair price and was able to complete the entire repair on-site. He also went above and beyond by cleaning the door and tracks of debris and greasing all of the joints before he left. Everything is working great, and we really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Highly recommend Kieler!

  My lucky day I got introduced to A1 Garage. Customer service excellent and super accommodating. My technician Kieler P. Kept in touch and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Explained all to me and no surprises. He is definitely an asset for the company. My first experience with this company and I would highly recommend them

  Evan Smith was great to deal with. He explained every detail and option, and did so without pressure. Trevor was equally great at explaining and presenting cost options, and providing us with illustrations of how a new door would look. With the help of both of these professionals we picked a beautiful door and the perfect opener. Kudos to Evan and Trevor!

  I can’t recommend Luke enough for garage door repair! He replaced my springs, drums, and rubber molding, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. What really set him apart was how much he took the time to explain. He walked me through every step of the process, showing me exactly what he was doing and why it needed to be done. As someone who doesn’t know much about garage door mechanics, I really appreciated that he didn’t just do the work and leave — he made sure I understood what was happening with my own garage door. The repair itself was excellent — everything works smoothly now, and I have complete confidence in the quality of his work.
