- BOBrad Owens5 days ago5.0I had my torsion spring system replaced and Conner was amazing. Called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, arrived on time and quickly assessed the service needed and repaired it quietly and quickly. He also lubricated the rollers and adjusted the opener. It is much more quieter now and very smooth operation. Great Job!!

Ryan Schuler, a knowledgeable professional technician, performed an annual tune-up and safety inspection on my garage door system. He discovered that the cables needed replacement and scheduled a visit for installation. Additionally, he provided valuable information about the cost of upgrading my existing garage door system and installing a new, complete one. Ryan’s expertise and attention to detail made my garage door service a great experience, and I appreciate the valuable information he provided.
- BMBeth McLarenMay 8, 20261.0Very over priced - 4 times more than local Waterford company, who I should have called, repairman assured me that garage door springs and rolls were on last legs and I needed to replace ASAP. The company I should have called is here to fix door, told me only 8 rollers were replaced not all 10. They are the ones at the very bottom of the door. Mad at myself for falling prey. Do not use A1 way overpriced, their coupon for 29.95 is to get you to call them. Don’t.
- THTim HMay 7, 20261.0This service is a total rip off. They came out and duped my gf into paying $3000.00 for a simple spring and cables repair. They started repairing what should have been maybe 1-2 hours. Then explained the ‘needs’ our garage door must have. As our door was already broken, she did not know any better and felt pressured that she had to pay for it. Do not use this service. They will take advantage of you. I went to Home Depot the day after the repair AND GOT A QUOTE OF $2100.00 FOR A WHOLE NEW GARAGE DOOR AND INCLUDING INSTALLATION. Instead A1 service cost $3k for repair service of parts only. Do not recommend them. Do not use them. Better off going somewhere else. Scam artists that can act as garage repair company
- SSsharmin sultanaMay 5, 20261.0Made an appointment to come check out my door m, their initial resolution was to have the door replaced, no other way out. When I disagreed they said, they can have the door down for me for 175, but at that point I lost trust in them. So i paid them their $60 consult fee and sent them their way. I got another garage repair service man, got the job done in an hour and stayed true to his words and the door didnt need a replacement from the beginning.
